All refunds are subject to the following conditions in addition to the specific policy for each product.
The information that I provide in any digital product is information that have worked successfully for me.
Whilst I try to provide information that is accurate, it should not be taken as professional advice.
My results are not typical. I am not implying that you will duplicate my results if you follow the instructions provided in these digital products.
Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience and work ethic. All businesses involves risk as well as massive, consistent effort and action. If you’re not willing to accept that then you should not buy any of my digital products.
The sales figures stated in any eBook or course are my personal sales figures. I have the benefit of practising marketing for over three years and have studied advertising for over two years.
Therefore, there is no guarantee and there is no warranty with respect to applying the information contained in the digital products.

Due to the digital nature of the digital product that you are purchasing and also the fact that you get immediate access to the digital product, there is no refund on digital products, except where a specific refund policy applies (see below).

Due to the nature of digital products I do NOT offer any refund of any kind for this ebook. Also note:
- There will be no refunds given simply because you changed your mind after purchasing the product – or because you read through the materials and decided that you didn’t want to do it.
- There will be no refunds given for mistaking these products as hardcover or softcover books. It is clearly stated and demonstrated on the sales pages that they are eBooks and digital downloads, so I cannot offer refunds under these circumstances.
I appreciate your understanding the nature of online transactions and the need to protect myself against the unlawful use and distribution of these materials.
Refund Policy for Blog Audit
Once you have provided your blog URL, the blog audit will commence immediately and so there is no refund on this transaction.
Refund Policy for Power Hour Coaching
After you have made your payment you will receive an email with a link to schedule your meeting. Once you have scheduled your meeting, the parties agree that if one of them is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, he/she will
give the other at least 24 hours notice in writing by email, unless there is a sudden illness or emergency.
If you, the Client cancel a meeting with less than 24 hours notice for reasons other than sudden illness or emergency, the Coach maintains the right to not reschedule the meeting and not to apply a refund credit for the cancelled meeting.
The parties agree to try to reschedule all other cancelled meetings. In the event that a meeting cannot be rescheduled, the Coach will apply a refund credit equal to amount of time missed (up to one hour) to the Client’s account only if the Coach cancelled the meeting or the Client cancelled due to sudden illness or emergency.
