If you told me that three years ago, I would have told you to

…shut yo mouth! Ain’t nobody got time for that.

You see, when I started ever pursuing the idea of being my own boss back in 2014, joining other network marketing companies to add another income stream was a big NO NO.

They would say that it was impossible to promote two companies at the same time.

But… you know the saying “never put all your eggs in one basket?”

Well in network marketing, they did the opposite and encouraged it.

At the time it did make sense and I told myself that

sometimes it is best to focus on one thing at a time.

But… And There Is Always A But

As I moved on to other things I realised that I was capable of creating other income streams for myself and it was not such a bad thing.

I understood that sometimes you have to prepare yourself for the unpredictable. Financial security is a concern for most of us and the average person wants that protection for their family and their future.

If you have a job, what would you do if you were suddenly fired the next day?

With no income coming in, how would you pay the mortgage and the bills?

This is why it is so important to have that back up plan. Some people’s jobs are already demanding and to think of adding extra work can be a tedious thought.

But regardless, it is so crucial to the continuation of cash flow that you have another income stream that you can rely on if one fails.

Here Are 10 Ways To Create Multiple Streams Of Income 

1. Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is one of the easiest ways to create multiple streams of income.

|Blogs or Websites

If you have a blog or website, you can join affiliate networks to find products that you can review on your own website. If you do not want to do a review, then you can write blog posts where the product is the subject of the post.

For example, you may choose to join a fashion affiliate network and write a blog post about Fashionable Outfits for The Millennial Male Or Female. Within that post you can then recommend a few fashion pieces selected from the affiliate network where if the viewer clicks on the product and makes a purchase, you will receive a commission.

Some of my favourite affiliate networks are:

• ShareASale
• Panthera
• CJ Affiliate By Conversant (Formerly Commission Junction)
• Rakuten Marketing
• Amazon Associates

In order to start earning from these affiliate networks, you must sign up to them. Once inside you can search for any product that you want to promote then simply write a blog post and mention the product and offer your readers to try the product. Do not forget to include your affiliate link within the post.

|YouTube

Another good place to use affiliate links is on YouTube. If you have a YouTube channel you can always speak to your viewers about the products and recommend it to them.

A great way of promoting affiliate products on YouTube is by doing product reviews. This will of course require you to purchase the product before hand so you can use it, test it and finally give an honest opinion about the product.

If you are an affiliate for a digital product, like a training course, you can do a walk through of the product, showing your viewers what’s inside the course and what they will learn.

A lot of people love testimonials so this acts as a benefit to both you and the viewer – it’s a win win.

|What You Should Know About Affiliate Networks

The great thing about affiliate networks is that they are free to join. If you do decide to join any of the networks mentioned above, be sure that you have a proper blog or website created with content on it, as the affiliate managers do check them before they approve your application.

|Affiliate Programs

If blogging or having a website is not your thing then you can consider joining an affiliate program. An affiliate program is a stand alone company that allows you to promote their products directly and gives you all the tools and training you need to get started.

What I like about affiliate programs is that you can promote your affiliate link on any social media platforms, recommend the product to friends or family or you can learn how to send a lot of people to your affiliate link so that they may purchase the product if they choose to. Blogging or having a website is not necessary.

In order to promote affiliate programs however, you must own the product. That would therefore entail purchasing the company’s product. Sometimes this can start from as low as $5 and go all the way up to $5000 or even $10,000.

The good side to this is that you get a percentage of the sale when you refer someone to purchase the product. This can be anywhere from 50% up to 100% of the purchase price.

It is a great idea to purchase the company’s product because you can use the product and give honest recommendations to other people which may influence their buying decision.

Get The Step By Step Guide To Making Money Online

2. Write An E-book

Writing an e-book that contains content related to your niche can be a very successful way of producing another income stream that generates income passively.

However, there is a lot of work in the beginning that goes into creating an e-book.

But, it is not as hard as you think. Anyone can create an e-book, upload it to Amazon and sell it.

Firstly you need to have some creative thought in what goes into the e-book. Your e-book can be on any topic but you want to be sure that it is a topic that people are searching for or need help with.

Once you have made up your mind as to content, you can create a PDF document from a Microsoft Word file.

You can then upload your content on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing and put it for sale. If you are using Amazon be sure to look at the prices of other e-books in similar categories so that your price can remain competitive.

If you do not want to use Amazon, you can sell your e-book on your own website (if you have one) or make an arrangement for an affiliate network to host your book so that affiliates can promote it for you.

3. Sell Your Own Products On The Internet

Like the e-book idea, selling your own product is another way that you can generate an income passively.

It can be any type of product that you want, although the most successful products are those that help solve people’s problems.

Your product can be a physical product or a digital product and come in many different forms – a book, a DVD, a CD or software.

You can sell your product on your own website if you have one or arrange an affiliate agreement with an affiliate network to host your product for you.

4. Create A Blog And Monetise It

Blogging seems to be very popular and for good reason as many bloggers are making passive income from their content.

In order to make money from a blog you can monetise it with affiliate marketing as I mentioned above. A blog can be in any subject area but to ensure that it is successful you should focus on a blog niche that is highly profitable as not all blogs are created equal.

Here are six blog niches which are the most profitable and from which you can earn a full time income if it is created well:

• How to make money
• Personal finance
• Health and fitness
• Romance and dating
• Beauty and Fashion
• Hobbies and Activities

You can also monetise a blog with ads from Google Adsense. You must apply to Google in order for ads to appear on your blog or website.

One word of caution though, Google Adsense will only approve your application when you have a decent amount of traffic running to your blog.

If you do not want to use Google Adsense, you can also sell advertising on your blog depending on the amount of traffic it is getting. To sell advertising on your blog or website, you can use the website Buy Sell Ads which allow you to promote your own website for advertising gigs.

There are people who will pay you to place their own ads on a site that is receiving a good amount of traffic with the expectation that doing so will drive traffic to their own sites and offers.

5. Set Up A Store

Setting up an online store is really not hard. In my article How To Start An Online Clothing Store, I walk through the set up process with you step by step.

There are companies like Shopify, Woocommerce or Ebay, that make it easier than ever to launch your own store.

By selling products that people are passionate about and looking for, can help you to generate substantial revenue.

|Dropshipping

If you are worried about having to stock inventory or post items to customers then you may want to use the dropshipping model when operating your store.

Dropshipping is an eCommerce arrangement where you agree with a supplier to provide and ship the product to your customer on your behalf. This removes the requirement to hold inventory or worry about the shipping process as it is done for you by the dropshipper.

Get The Step By Step Guide To Making Money Online

Whilst this model makes running an online store more effortless, getting started and building a profitable eCommerce business is a lot of work. I am not saying this to discourage you, but rather to manage your expectations. At the end of the day, nothing great comes easy right?!

6. Create An Online Course

Do you know how to do something and can teach it to other people?

Then think about how you can generate revenue for yourself with an online course.

There are many programs like Clickfunnels, that allow you to build out a website easily with drag and drop features, upload training videos and prepare your course ready for release.

I recently found a website called Teachable that also allows you to create online courses effortlessly. Teachable provides the platform for you to upload your content and easily integrate payment processors so your students can pay for your course.

What can you put in your course?

Anything that you can teach other people basically. It can include video “How To” lessons, mini e-books, audio lessons, checklists for completing steps recommended in your videos or expert interviews.

The opportunities are endless.

Now whilst the idea of creating a course is the easiest thing that anyone can do, it is a lot of work in the beginning.

You have to prepare course materials and video content but hey, after all the hard work comes the easy part. Simply promote the course on the internet and generate an income passively.

7. Freelancing

If you can do certain tasks for other people and get paid, then why not?

Websites like Upwork, Fiverr or Elance allow you to promote yourself for jobs that other people want completed.

If you are creative or have a special skill or talent, set your own rates and get yourself hired.

Whilst this is not a passive income source, you can earn a decent income to get cash flow running by which time you will be able to fund other income opportunities to create more passive wealth.

8. Build An App

Almost everyone has a smartphone.

Why not take advantage of this and build an app that helps people solve a problem and make their lives easier.

There are billions of app downloads everyday.

If you know nothing about building an app you can hire a developer to do the job for you. The outlay might be expensive but if you have a professional-looking app that helps people, think about the profits you can make.

An app is just one of those products that you can put on the internet, like Apple Itunes or Google Play and generate massive income passively.

9. Start A YouTube Channel

300 hours of video are uploaded to You Tube every minute and there are 32.5 billion hours of video watched every month.

Many people are turning to YouTube to create an income.

How YouTube works, you upload videos that people want to see.

In fact, any type of video can generate tons of interest helping you earn an income.

You must also enable Google Adsense on your channel so that if someone clicks on an ad, you get paid.

The type of videos that are popular these days are music videos, how-to videos, comedy videos, lifestyle videos.

The key will be to create as many videos as possible to attract an audience of people who come back to your channel so that you can create a decent income.

10. Sell Your Pictures

Do you like photography? Well sites like Shutterstock or Canva allow you to use their platforms to sell your photographs to users who are looking for visual displays.

A single image can generate a passive income for you if it is being used over and over by millions of users across the web.

The good thing is, you only have to do the work once and then let the platforms do the heavy lifting for you.

When looking for business opportunity leads, or rather leads of any nature, you should be looking to specific markets that provide those type of leads, because then you will be able to tap into a traffic source that is actually wanting to consider your business opportunity. 

The key to marketing or promoting an opportunity of any kind, is to make sure that you go to a targeted outlet. 

That means, that the outlet is filled with your ideal audience and you know if you invest in that outlet you will get a return on your investment. 

Over the years that I have been promoting several business opportunities, it is these four places that I go to, to find quality business opportunity leads. 

In this blog post I will share with you those four platforms, how to get started with those platforms and how to best use them so you can maximise your chances with getting qualified people to consider your offer.

Udimi Solo Ads And How To Find The Best Vendor For Business Opportunity Leads

What is Udimi? 

Udimi is simply the brand of a solo ad marketplace. 

Ok, so what is a solo ad? A solo ad is simply the term given to an email promotion that you send to the owner of an email list of subscribers. 

That owner may have a very targeted email list of subscribers. For example, their subscribers may be interested in weight loss information, they may be interested in how to make money online, or they may be interested in any niche-related subject. 

The benefit however of using a solo ad to find business opportunity leads, is that the solo ad provider already has a relationship with his email list. 

Therefore he or she is able to communicate your promotion in a way that is more attractive than you would, if you were to send that promotion yourself. 

When you build a relationship with the solo ad vendor, he or she may be able to help you get better conversions on your offer. 

He or she may be able to provide advice on whether your business opportunity offer is good for his email list or whether the offer has already been promoted and has no chance at success.  

When you choose a solo ad vendor to help you attract business opportunity leads, these are some of the things that help vendors pay attention to, to help their clients get the best results that lead into sales. 

Since I have started affiliate marketing and promoting business opportunities, I have turned to the Udimi marketplace to find vendors to help me get sales of my products. 

To get started with a solo ad and generating business opportunity leads, you do need to join Udimi as a buyer and create an account with them.

Once you have joined Udimi by entering your name and email, you will come to your dashboard. 

From your dashboard, Udimi already provides some helpful tips for you to get started. 

But what is important and crucial to you getting the best results, is how you select your vendor. 

So here are some strategies that I use to get a high chance at sales conversions on my business opportunity promotions.

Step 1

Click on the Find Sellers tab from within your Udimi dashboard.

From this tab, you will be able to see a list of all sellers, of any niche on Udimi. However, what you want to filter down to, is business opportunity solo ad providers.

Step 2

Also you want to pay attention to any vendor who has a good profile. To make sure you are selecting some of the top sellers who deliver good results, here’s what I recommend you select when filtering.

Visitors this is the minimum number of visitors that a vendor is able to send to your business opportunity offer within 100 hours. When promoting a business opportunity and if you are testing a new solo ad vendor, I recommend that you send at least 100 visitors to your offer.

Because this is the testing phase you are entering as you “test out” new vendors and how good their email list is, keep your expenditure to a minimum. 

100 visitors is sufficient to understand whether your chosen solo ad vendor has a quality list; whether the subscribers are responsive and most importantly whether you achieve a good opt in rate to your sales funnel and eventually sales. 

It also helps you test how convertible your own business opportunity offer is.

Ratings this figure helps you to understand whether the vendor has positive ratings from other buyers. Ratings isn’t the number one factor that you should consider when selecting a vendor, as vendors with lower ratings also achieve good results. 

But for the sake of having the best chance at your first solo ad, a vendor who has a great positive rating means that they have helped their clients achieve great results and is proof that their email list converts. 

Start within You will know when you want your solo ad promotion to run from. Therefore use this filter to find vendors who are able to start your campaign at your desired time. 

Price In my opinion, this is one of the most important filters that can influence whether you get good or poor results.

Most buyers tend to go for the cheapest cost per click as a way of saving money, but sometimes the cheapest cost per click is not the best option for you. I am always of the view that a high quality email list, attracts a better chance at good results and therefore attracts a premium price. 

So you should start your cost per click at $0.50 and above. Whilst this is not a hard and fast rule, it is up to you to test other prices but try to aim for vendors whose cost per click are $0.50 and above. 

Got Sales Here is another important factor when selecting a vendor. As you invest in solo ads, you want a good return on your investment. So you want to select a vendor that has a “buyer’s list”. 

A buyer’s list is simply an email list that comprise mostly people who have taken out their credit cards and purchased something that the vendor recommended. 

This is the best type of email list. 

Although I am recommending selecting a vendor who has helped their clients get sales, I want you to understand one thing. 

The purpose of a solo ad promotion is not to get sales, but to help you build your email list, so you can build a relationship with your new business opportunity leads. 

When you build a relationship with these business opportunity leads, you have a better chance at converting them later on; so keep this in mind. 

The real return on investment happens on the backend. If you do get sales on the first solo ad run, treat that as a bonus, but do not give up on solo ads if you do not get sales from a first run. 

To determine whether a solo ad is successful, consider the opt in rate you achieve and if you do get sales, then count that as a bonus. 

Niche This is an obvious category. It is basically the niche that you want the vendor to be in. As you are seeking business opportunity leads, then marketing is the best selection you can choose here. 

Once you have filtered your categories, you will be given a list of vendors to choose from. Pay attention to the side bar of the specific vendor, which breaks down their stats.

Step 3

Your research does not end here. You still need to do a bit more leg work before actually selecting a vendor to buy from. 

Click into the vendor you are interested in and look at their profile. Their profile is found under “About The Seller”.

In the above profile I highlighted some keywords that stood out to me. The vendor said that his email list is 100% top tier. This tells me that the traffic that I am likely to get comes from tier one countries, which as an affiliate marketer, I know that tier one countries have more buying power. 

He also says that he provides a 10-20% overdelivery. This means that if you paid for 100 visitors to your offer, he is likely to send 110-120 visitors to your offer. 

This is simply a courtesy that vendors pay to their clients to attract them. By having an overdelivery, you will realise that your cost per click works out cheaper. 

So for example, if you selected a vendor that charged $0.50 per visitor and you ordered 100 visitors but got 120 visitors, then your cost per click works out to be $0.42. 

This vendor also gets 1000+ new subscribers everyday. This is crucial because it means that the email list he provides is fresh. The subscribers probably have not been saturated with the same business opportunity offers as yours and it gives you a higher chance at getting great results. 

Finally he mentions that he has a buyer’s list included. Remember what I said about buyer’s lists? It means that you do have a chance at making sales but do not rely on this to determine whether your solo ad run was successful or not. 

Step 4

Another thing you want to examine about the vendor, is the testimonials provided by other buyers. 

We both know that testimonials act as proof of credibility and trust. This shows that previous sellers have used his service and have been satisfied or not. 

Spend some time reading the vendor’s reviews.

Step 5

Then if you are happy with it, go ahead and select the vendor and place your first order with them.  

When placing your order here are some extra tips to help you: 

• Always send visitors to a sales funnel. Don’t know what a sales funnel is? Click here to read all about sales funnels. 
• Make sure that you have an email marketing sequence set up properly. Click here to read what you can say in your email sequence to generate more sales. Click here to learn how to set up an email list. 
• Test your funnel. Is it working? Opt in to your own funnel. Is the content helpful and encouraging? Have you received your own email in your autoresponder?
• Track everything! Most important. You want to make sure that your vendor has delivered on his promise to send you the number of visitors that you paid for. MLM Leads And How To Get The Best Results From This Solo Ad Provider

MLM Leads is a solo ad provider but unlike Udimi, it is not a marketplace. So you will not find more than one vendor here to get your business opportunity leads from. 

Instead MLM Leads is owned by a single marketer whose name is Enrique Garibay. As the name suggests, he sells leads for network marketers but you can get leads for any type of business opportunity or home based business, all based in the US. 

Here are the different types of products that MLM Leads has to offer.

They offer national business opportunity leads, local business opportunity leads, real time business opportunity leads and even female business opportunity leads.

National business opportunity leads

If you have never ran an ad campaign on Google Adwords, then MLM Leads would like to take that effort away from you, so they can do it for you. 

By using their national business opportunity lead product, they will send their targeted web traffic directly to your network marketing sales funnel, making this an option that delivers fresh business opportunity seekers, that has probably never seen your offer before. 

The difference between this option and using Udimi, is that with Udimi you may send a promotion to an email list that has been targeted by so many affiliate marketers. 

MLM Leads with their national business opportunity lead product, is guaranteeing that all leads that are sent to your network marketing funnel, is fresh as they are coming directly from the web and not an email list. 

There is a disadvantage to this, in that the leads have no relationship with MLM Leads so there is no trust built. They are being sent directly from Google traffic campaigns directly to your network marketing funnel, so it is up to you to ensure that your landing page is highly convertible.

Local business opportunity leads 

Local business opportunity leads are for those of you who are seeking leads that are local to you or a certain city. 

I know there are home-based business owners, who prefer a closer connection with their recruits. Maybe they’d like to meet in a local coffee shop and network in person.  

Well this is a service that you can use, to generate business opportunity leads that are local to you. 

It’s also a service that you can recommend to your downline, if you are a network marketer, and not worry about competing with your team. 

On their offer page, it does appear that the leads that you get with this service will come from web traffic, so I am assuming that Enrique creates ad campaigns using pay-per-click services like Google Adwords and submits your network marketing funnel URL so that visitors can see your web page.

Real-time business opportunity leads

This is an interesting concept that MLM Leads provide. They say that real time business opportunity leads are leads who complete their own form. 

They say that the lead completes a form that has the headline “how ordinary people like you are making an extra $1,977 per week, part time.. start a business from home… minimal investment required”

The lead also provides their telephone number and may provide their address, city, zip code and date of birth. 

The reason why this type of lead is of a higher quality, is because as the lead generator, the more information you ask of someone and they provide that information, the more interested they are in receiving more information about your offer. 

If you have your own sales funnel and all you ask for is a name and email address, anyone can complete that form out of curiosity. However if you go on to ask for a name, email address, telephone number, address and date of birth and someone completes all of the above, then there is more interest shown by that person and they actually want to hear from you. 

The real business opportunity leads are provided for national and local areas and can be segmented to female leads as well. 

So you may wish to consider this premium product as opposed to the other above products. 

Without a doubt MLM Leads is a more premium quality business opportunity lead provider, so your chance at converting the leads generated into buyers of your business opportunity product is a good one. 

Not only do they provide business opportunity leads, they also offer consulting services and prospecting training for purchase.

How to get started with MLM Leads

To get started with MLM Leads click here. 

Select the product that you want by navigating to the products tab.

On the product page, this is where you can select the number of visitors you would like to visit your offer. MLM Leads refers to visitors as clicks, so you can select the number of clicks that you want.

I recommend testing MLM Leads as a business opportunity leads’ provider by choosing at least 100 clicks. 

If this is your first time using MLM Leads, do not go overboard and buy their largest package. 100 visitors is sufficient to see if this provider is worth your money for your specific business opportunity offer.

So I’ve provided two of the most premium spots where you can source business opportunity leads from. 

If you’re looking to spend a bit more, Udimi and MLM Leads is where I recommend you go.

This next source is for low budget affiliates who are looking for a more cost-effective option.

I actually stumbled upon Herculist in my early affiliate marketing days. In fact, Herculist was among four other safelist providers, but gave the best results ever.

What is Herculist?

Herculist is a safelist that allows you to send emails to its members. 

Unlike solo ads, the email list subscribers are not your regular subscribers but rather internet marketers like yourself, who have joined with a membership. 

So essentially, if you do use Herculist, you are sending your business opportunity offer to other internet marketers. 

Is this really effective marketing? In my opinion, I do not think so. The reason why I say so, is because if someone is already an affiliate for a business opportunity, how likely are they wanting to join another business opportunity? 

Surely there are those who outgrow their business opportunity and there are others who are looking to join more than one business opportunity. So you may be able to catch some of these users and have some success with Herculist.

Herculist is a cheaper traffic source, you can get sales of your offer, but you will need to send a large number of visitors to your offer and the conversion rates of your sales funnel may be lower. 

These are just some key things to pay attention to. 

For example, to send your email promotion to over 22,000 potential buyers costs $24.95 on Herculist. From experience, you may get a less than 10% click through rate to your sales funnel and then a less than 5% opt in rate. 

So if you are tracking your progress with this traffic source, do not be alarmed that your sales funnel has converted so poorly. 

This is the nature of safelist marketing. So let’s break this down for you. 

Supposing your send a promotional email to 22,000 potential buyers and 10% of those people click through to your sales funnel; that means that 2200 have seen your offer. 

Now let’s say that only 1% of those 2200 visitors have opted into your funnel for more information. It means that you would have acquired 22 leads for $24.95 which isn’t bad at all. It only cost you $1.13 per lead.

I just wanted to show you the type of numbers that are likely to happen with Herculist. So once again, do not be alarmed if your conversion numbers “appear” low. 

How to get started with Herculist?

To get started with Herculist, you do need to become a member. 

I recommend that you become either a gold or pro member for $25/year or $15/year respectively to take advantage of their traffic options. 

You may also wish to consider their Herculist solo ad specials if you wish to purchase a one-time package. 

Their log-in ads is also a good option. 

Herculist has many options for the budget conscious affiliate. Hopefully you are able to use it to your benefit.

Bing Ads And How To Use This Search Engine To Generate Business Opportunity Leads

Lastly on my list of places to source business opportunity leads is Bing or Microsoft Ads.

Bing Ads is a search engine ad platform, like Google Adwords, where you can place ads for people searching for specific things. 

This ad platform is not a targeted marketplace like Udimi, MLM Leads or Herculist, but you can make it targeted when you set up ad campaigns targeting business opportunity seekers through the use of keywords. 

For example, business opportunity seekers might look for more information on “how to make money online”, “how to start a home-based business” or “good business opportunity to start” and if you position your ad correctly, with the right ad text, you can generate hundreds of leads into your sales funnel.

In order to use Bing Ads to generate business opportunity leads, there are a few things that you will need to get started. 

Tools you will need:

• A Bing Ads account. You can start your Bing Ads account here and get $100 when you spend $25. 
• A sales funnel builder like LeadPages or you can use Clickfunnels
• An email autoresponder like Aweber or you can use GetResponse
• An ad tracking software like Clickmagick. Read my review of Clickmagick here.
• Any business opportunity offer

There are two strategies you can use to generate business opportunity leads with Bing Ads. 

You can either use an ad to blog post to sales funnel method or you can use an ad to sales funnel method. 

I recommend testing both methods to see which strategy delivers the best results in your ad campaign.

Step 1

Get started by building your sales funnel for your business opportunity offer. If you do not know how to create a sales funnel then I recommend joining the Clickfunnels, one funnel away 30 day challenge, that helps you design the most highly convertible sales funnel.

You have probably landed on this page, because you’ve heard about Click Magic (correctly referred to as ClickMagick) and have been recommended to use a link tracking software in your affiliate marketing campaigns to make it more profitable.

If you have yet to set up a campaign, or you are thinking of setting up your first affiliate marketing campaign, you must have heard that it is important that you always track the performance of your campaign with a link tracking software. 

Now why is that even important? Why should you need to be concerned about using link tracking software in your ad campaigns? 

Well if you stick around till the end, you will understand everything you need to know about link tracking or ad tracking and why I recommend ClickMagick as one of the best link tracking software and ad tracking software for your affiliate marketing campaigns. 

What does ClickMagick do?

Click Magic is a software designed by Patrick Kelly, who is also an affiliate marketer. It was designed in 2014 to help other affiliates make their campaigns more profitable, by optimising their traffic and websites. 

As an affiliate marketer, or marketer in general, if you are buying traffic or even if you are using several traffic sources in your campaigns, your goal should always be to optimise the cost of your traffic campaigns or pin point which traffic sources are bringing in the best results in your campaigns. 

Let’s look at an example to help break this down further. 

Supposing you decide that you would like to use four different free traffic methods to help you generate traffic to your affiliate offers. 

Let’s name them traffic source A, traffic source B, traffic source C and traffic source D.

You are promoting a health supplement affiliate offer and you post about this offer in all four traffic sources and add your affiliate link there. 

After a couple days you notice that you got five sales of the affiliate product. 

That’s great right? But which traffic source helped you get those five sales? 

Do you know whether it is traffic source A, B, C or D?

If you do not know which traffic source helped you get the sale, how would you know where to spend your time? Do you prefer to spend your time, posting on all four traffic sources or do you prefer to spend your energy on the one traffic source that helped you get five sales? 

I don’t know about you, but I would rather focus my effort on the one traffic source that was giving me results, as opposed to all four traffic sources, since that is a waste of my time. Do you agree? 

Well this is what Click Magic helps you to eliminate. It helps you to get rid of any element in your affiliate marketing campaign, that is not working for you – whether that is a traffic source, a keyword, an email list, etc. 

Anything that you want to track in your campaign that helps you get conversions, it helps you to track. 

I just gave you an example with free traffic. Let me make this a bit clearer by giving you another example – this time with paid traffic. 

Let’s suppose you are using Facebook Ads to drive traffic to an affiliate offer. You set up a campaign that is targeting four different audiences. Because the affiliate offer does not allow you to put the Facebook pixel on the affiliate conversion page, you need to rely on guesswork, to figure out which audience converted into a sale. 

What would happen then, if you got five sales from the campaign and those sales came from one of those audiences. 

In the beginning you spent $20 per audience to drive traffic to the affiliate offer. You spent $80 in total and earned $200. One of those audiences however resulted in all the sales. 

Wouldn’t it be better to track your ads and pay only $20 to make $200 instead of $80 to make $200? 

If you were using Click Magic to track your links and ads, you would then be able to improve your campaigns so you can make it more profitable. 

This is what ClickMagick does and is why I would recommend that it is added to your affiliate marketing toolkit. 

How does ClickMagick work?

ClickMagick is useful for tracking ad campaigns, but besides tracking capabilities, they do have other features that you can use. Let’s first talk about tracking your campaigns. 

To get started with Click Magic, you do need a custom domain. 

A custom domain is a unique name that you give to a domain or URL. Essentially it is your own domain that belongs to you and no one else. 

To create a custom domain you can go to Namecheap, where you can get a domain name for less than $1.

Once you have a custom domain, you need to add it to Click Magic and this is what you will use to create a number of tracking links that you can use in your affiliate marketing campaigns. 

I can’t tell you specifically how the software works, but from my experience of using Click Magic, my thoughts are this. 

This link tracking software understands when a user clicks on your tracking link or custom domain. If you have set up your campaign to track a number of leads generated from an ad campaign, the software is able to identify, through the use of Click Magic’s pixels, when a user lands on a website page, that only a subscriber can have access to, when they opt into a contact form. 

The software can also identify, when that same user lands on a website page, that only a purchaser will have access to, when they buy a product. This way, if you have a tracking link to track sales from different traffic sources, you will understand which traffic source is driving the most sales and therefore is more profitable for you. 

For Click magic to work, you do need your tracking link. You also need to add a pixel to the appropriate website page that a user will land on. 

What is a pixel?

A pixel is simply a piece of website code, that you can add to the html settings of your website. ClickMagick gives you the exact code you will need. Also many website builders have made it easy for you to copy and paste website code into their html settings, so you won’t have to worry about knowing how to code. 

Here is an example of ClickMagick’s pixel that has been easily added to my LeadPages landing page. It’s just a matter of copying and pasting. 

What happens if you are promoting an affiliate offer but do not own the affiliate website and therefore do not have access to the affiliate landing page to place the Click Magic pixel on it for tracking sales. 

No problem either. There are a number of ways that you can track affiliate sales with Click Magic. 

These methods are supported by most affiliate networks and include using postback URLs or sub-IDs. If the affiliate network does not support these methods, then Click Magic recommends something called the “bonus page” to help you track sales.

What is a Postback URL?

A postback URL, to put simple, is a way that one platform communicates with another platform, letting them know that a conversion has taken place. 

For example, if you are an affiliate for Maxbounty and you would like Maxbounty to automatically notify you when there is an affiliate sale conversion, you can set up a postback URL between Maxbounty and ClickMagick.

Maxbounty will then “talk” to Click Magic and let them know that a conversion has happened. Click Magic will then alert you through their notification feature, that a conversion happened.

You can easily set up a postback URL by copying and pasting a script code, that Click Magic gives to you and paste this into your affiliate network’s postback URL settings. 

What are sub-IDs?

Sub-IDs are simply identifiers that you create for yourself or is created by the affiliate network, that goes at the end of a URL to help you identify something. In this case,  the URL is your tracking link or affiliate link.

So let’s say that you are promoting a health supplement affiliate offer and you want to track three traffic sources – a Facebook ad, your blog or a Bing Ad. 

You can add sub-IDs at the end of your tracking link to tell Click Magic, where the click came from. 

Your tracking link might be www.trackinglink.com. A sub-ID at the end of the tracking link would look like this: 

Facebook ad www.trackinglink.com/xyz/fbad

Blog www.trackinglink.com/xyz/blog

Bing www.trackinglink.com/xyz/bing

That’s it! So the sub-ID is like a reference to help you understand which traffic source is driving the most clicks. You also do not need to create multiple tracking links for each traffic source. Simply use sub-IDs.

Now in some cases, affiliate networks can use sub-IDs to help track conversions. In this case, the network may have parameters, which are their own identifiers, that are added to sub-IDs.

Regardless of which method you use to track your campaigns, Click Magic provides tutorials to help you set up each tracking method. 

Who is Click Magic for? 

Click Magic can be used by any marketer that wants to track the performance of something; whether that is to track link clicks, product sales, affiliate conversions, subscribers, split tests, etc. 

ClickMagick for Affiliates

This link tracking software is primarily used by affiliate marketers to help them improve the performance and profitability of their campaigns. 

If you are an affiliate marketer, I strongly recommend that you use this link tracking software, to start tracking your campaigns properly.

ClickMagick for Bloggers

It can also be used by bloggers if they would like to know which blog post is driving the most conversions. 

For example, if you have several blog posts that are promoting an affiliate offer, wouldn’t it be useful to you, if you knew which blog post was sending the most traffic and resulting in the most conversions? 

That way you will be able to optimise that blog post and also promote it more to get more conversions. 

As a blogger myself, Click Magic is also useful to help me add affiliate links to my blog. When I am promoting a product, I always add the Click Magic tracking link to my blog instead of the affiliate link. 

The reason for this is, supposing an affiliate link becomes inactive. That means, I would have to go through each blog post and remove the affiliate link. 

That would take me ages to complete. 

But by adding the affiliate link to a ClickMagick tracking link first, should an affiliate link become inactive, I can easily log into my Click Magic account and update the tracking link with the new affiliate link, saving me time and preventing me from missing out on important conversions. 

Click Magic for Product Owners

Just like an affiliate, you can also use ClickMagick to help you track campaigns for the promotion of your own products and make them profitable. 

You may be generating subscribers to an email list. If you have two landing pages and want to split test them, Click Magic can help you create a split test, then measure the performance of each landing page and give you accurate results as to which one is more successful.     

If you want to track the performance of a funnel in an ad campaign you can use Click Magic to do that. 

In a nutshell, Click Magic isn’t a tool that is only used by affiliates. It is a tool that can be used by any marketer, who wants to track the performance of a campaign and optimise it to make it more profitable. 

How to track an entire sales funnel with Click Magic

If you would like to track an entire sales funnel, you can with ClickMagick. 

In fact, Click Magic has a guided tutorial that helps you create tracking links for each funnel page and piece them together. 

As an affiliate or product owner, it is essential that your funnels are tracked properly, so you can understand how they perform against the traffic that is being sent to it.

Click Magic Stats

As you log in to Click Magic you will come to your home page where ClickMagick gives you the stats for the day. You can also adjust the dates and choose whichever dates you want to view. 

These stats are broken down into the number of tracking link clicks you had, the number of rotator link clicks you had, if this was set up, the number of conversions to include actions, engagements or sales you had and the amount of revenue generated. 

These stats will reflect accurately when you set up your tracking links and pixels.

ClickMagick Training

On the home page, Click Magic also has links to their Experts Academy, a suite of digital marketing courses that you have access to at the Standard and Pro plans. At the Experts Academy you get to pick one new free training per month. 

The standard and pro plans start from $67/month so essentially you are paying $67 for free digital marketing training. 

I am not entirely impressed, as I know of other websites that offer unlimited access to courses for the same price. So you can decide whether this is something worth the value to you, to start at the standard plan. 

Aside from the introduction to the Experts Academy, there’s also introduction to Click Magic training, from email tracking, social media tracking and a click tracking guide. 

So as soon as you log in, you really do not have to go anywhere else. All the training that you need to get started is on the home page. 

Create Tracking Links

Once you have gone through the training, you can immediately begin creating tracking links to track your campaigns. 

Do not forget however that you first need a custom domain. This custom domain will be unique to you. 

I do not recommend using ClickMagick’s own domain, since many affiliates also use this and it could tarnish your campaigns if you are using traffic sources like Facebook or Google. 

To get your own Click Magic custom domain, go to Namecheap where you can buy a domain from $0.99; then link it to ClickMagick by going to your Domain Manager. 

ClickMagick Rotators

If you are a solo ad vendor or part of a traffic co-op, there is the option to use Click Magic’s link rotator feature to help you rotate multiple links and send traffic to them. 

ClickMagick Split Test

If you have more than one landing page or offer you would like to split test, then use ClickMagick’s split testing feature. 

Split testing is essentially creating more than one variation of something, whether that is a landing page or an offer and testing it with your audience to see which one your traffic responds better to. 

Click Magic will then monitor your split test and tell you which one is a clear winner, helping you with your marketing efforts. 

This feature can be found in the actual link settings by clicking the gear on the tracking link that you create. 

Click Magic Traffic Quality

As an affiliate marketer, you may need to buy traffic. The traffic quality feature helps you understand the quality of your traffic by giving you a ClickMagick measurement – that is, whether your traffic is very good, good, average or poor. 

Traffic quality with a poor rating, often means that the traffic is fake or bot traffic. This information can be useful to you, if you are a purchaser of traffic and you want to know whether your seller is providing you with quality traffic. 

If there is any doubt you can always show the vendor your traffic report, which will support any disputes you may have. 

Click Magic Traffic Analysis 

Want a deeper dive into your traffic and to see where your traffic and conversions are coming from? 

Then the traffic analysis report provides you with information on which country has visitors clicking on your links the most, the platform they are on – whether mobile or desktop and their operating system.

ClickMagick Content Tools   

Click Magic isn’t only useful for tracking. They also provide tools to help you with your marketing, such as to capture leads or to add urgency timers to landing pages. 

With Click Magic’s content tools like MagickPops, MagickBars and timers you can add lead capture pop up boxes and bars to your blog pages or landing pages, to generate more leads. 

If you have a sale or want a user to take immediate action, then their countdown timers are really helpful here. 

Before you think that this link tracking software is ideal for helping you generate leads on your websites, I have to say that their pop up lead boxes and notification bars look like they could do with an update.

Their editor reminds me of the 90’s and it has been a bit difficult to navigate to actually create the lead pop up box and navigation bar.

Have a look for yourself. Don’t you agree that it’s outdated?

ClickMagick Notification

If you are buying traffic, knowing how your landing pages or even the traffic is performing, is probably very important to you. 

That’s why with Click Magic, you can set up notifications to alert you when certain rules apply. 

For example, if you have set up a tracking link and your aim is to get leads, you can ask Click Magic to notify you by email or SMS, when the lead conversion rate is less than 20% after 500 clicks have been sent. 

This helps you to avoid wasting money on something that is not working so well and gives you the chance to fix it. 

Click Magic Link Down

Another great feature of ClickMagick, is their alerts telling you when a link is down. This is useful, for example, if an affiliate network changes their link or deactivates an offer and causes your affiliate link to stop working. 

If this happens, ClickMagick monitors the link and provides you with an immediate email alert notifying you that the link is down. 

This then gives you time to investigate it, so you do not waste money if you are paying for traffic. Or gives you the chance to change the link, if indeed it is no longer active. 

ClickMagick Support 

I have been on the starter plan with Click Magic since I got started using this link tracking software in 2016 and the support has been no less than amazing. 

It may not be instant support, but you can open a support ticket and get a response within four hours.

What I like about their support is that they make their responses customised to your problems and really do a deep dive into your problem to help you. 

If necessary they even provide helpful videos, showing you why there is a problem and how to fix it. 

The type of plan that you have, will determine how quickly you receive support. With the starter plan, you receive four-hour support. With the standard and pro plans you receive one-hour support. 

Aside from their support, they also have a Knowledge Base and tons of video tutorials to help you navigate this tracking software and figure things out. 

ClickMagick Pricing

There are three plans that you can choose from, to get started with. 

When deciding which plan to get started with, consider whether you are a heavy traffic buyer and will be sending a lot of traffic to your tracking links. 

If that is the case and you are not quite sure, you can always start at the starter plan. Click Magic then automatically upgrades you to the second, standard plan, should you exceed the number of clicks allowed under the starter plan. 

Another thing to consider is the number of custom domains you intend to have. If you will only have one custom domain to use as a tracking link, to track everything, then starting at the starter plan may very well be a good option for you. 

The starter plan allows two custom domains. 

If you intend to use more than two custom domains then the standard or pro plan may be a better option.

Listen, as an affiliate marketer or marketer in general, if it is one piece of advice that you take to heart as you start your career, is to track everything. 

Make sure of that. You may not understand the importance of this today, but as you begin to set up affiliate marketing campaigns or marketing campaigns and you begin sending traffic to product offers, you will realise how crucial it is, to track everything so you can build profitable campaigns.

It is one of those places where most people log into in the morning and spend most of their time there, hanging out with their friends and socialising.  According to SimilarWeb, there are over 20 billion visitors to Facebook per month. 2.23 billion of them are active users and spend approximately 43 minutes per day viewing content. 

So with this data, how then can you make money posting ads on Facebook, where your target audience is hanging out in large numbers? 

One has to remember, that when you post ads to Facebook, you make money by the people who see your ads, click on it and take action.

This blog post will teach you, how to make money posting ads on the different platforms on Facebook, whether it be using videos, by creating a Facebook page, in Facebook groups, with Instagram ads and finally my best arsenal, how to make money with Facebook ads as an affiliate marketer.

How can one earn money with a Facebook page 

Before I start on this chapter, I want to help you understand the difference between a Facebook page and your Facebook profile. 

|What is a Facebook page?

A Facebook page is a public profile created for businesses, brands, celebrities, causes, products and other organisations. With a Facebook page, you get likes and followers and unlike a personal profile, you do not gain “friends”. 

As part of Facebook’s Terms of Service, if you are a business, whether that is a for-profit or non-profit business, you are required to create a page as opposed to a personal profile. 

Even as an individual, you can create a Facebook page and post content as yourself.

You can grow a Facebook page to a large number of likes and followers. In fact, there is no cap to the number of likes or followers you can have with a Facebook page. 

|What is a Facebook profile?

A Facebook profile however is a personal account where you can interact with “Facebook friends” and provide updates, upload videos, post pictures and maintain a friend’s list. According to Facebook’s Terms of Service, a Facebook profile should not be used for business to make money from it. 

Instead you should create a Facebook page. 

Facebook profiles can only have a maximum of 5000 friends. 

If you would like to make money, I recommend creating a Facebook page. Let’s see how you can do that. 

Making money with a Facebook page can be done organically or if you really want to get the best results, you can make money using paid advertisements. 

That is because, in 2014, the ability to reach your Facebook page’s audience organically started declining. So instead of being able to create a post and reach most of your audience with a Facebook page, page owners now had to pay Facebook to reach their own audience.

Also, unless you have viral content, growing a Facebook page organically will take time and a lot of effort on your part. 

Which is why I recommend spending a few dollars on advertising to grow your page and then monetising your followers. This is actually how I was able to grow one of my Facebook pages to over 9000 page likes by spending less than $100 and then posting ads for an affiliate product to that audience.

Here’s what I did. 

For this strategy, I will show you how to use the Facebook Ads platform, using video, to grow your page quickly. 

Depending on the niche that you would like to grow your page in, go to YouTube and select a video that has a high viewership with a Creative Commons license. A Creative Common license allows you to use the video content freely, so you can share, use and build upon it, without any copyright issues. 

To find this video, using YouTube’s filter feature, select Creative Commons under Features and View Count under Sort By. 

You also want to select a video that is not too long. This isn’t absolutely necessary but shorter videos work better. 

So let’s say that my niche is Karate, this is what my results would look like. 

You then want to find a video that has a high viewership, more than 500k views is better. With a viewership that high, it gives it a better chance of going viral on Facebook and therefore having a good chance at generating likes to your page that cost pennies or even less than a penny.

Once you have that video, you start by creating your Facebook page. A few tips for starting a Facebook page: 

1. The title of the page should be niche-related. So if you intend to post ads that will sell a karate product, for example, then a title should be Karate-related. For example, Karate Techniques or Best Karate Techniques. By doing so, it will help you create a targeted audience that likes Karate-related material. 
2. Create a Facebook page profile picture. It does not need to be professional. You can create an image using a free design tool like Canva. Your image can be a logo or even an individual’s face. 
3. Create a Facebook cover photo.
4. Post some niche-related content on the page, to give visitors the impression that the page is active.

Once your Facebook page is created, it’s time to create a Facebook ad. 

Using the video views and engagement objective in the Facebook ad platform, create two campaigns targeting very broad interest groups that are niche-related. Your audience reach should be more than 1 million.

Pro-tip: Stack your interests so they create a very targeted group of people. 

Then using the video that you got from YouTube, create an ad with that video. You can use your own headline in the ad or use the headline provided by YouTube. 

Do not place any links in the ad as the purpose here is not to sell anything. The purpose here is to try to get the video to get a lot of shares, views and engagement, which will help your ad go viral and can thus generate thousands of likes from Facebook users for a very cheap cost. 

Just as I was able to achieve when I used this same strategy to grow my Facebook fan page to over 9000 likes for less than $100.

If you are successful in getting your video ad to go viral and your page has grown rapidly, start by monetising your followers, by posting valuable content that is related to your niche and include some product-related content as well to help you make money. 

This is a great strategy that I use to create viral content and make money by posting ads to my Facebook pages.  

How do people make money from posting Facebook videos

There are certain videos on the internet that have such an appeal, that viewers share them. 

When this happens, a video has the potential to go viral. It is during this virality that you have the chance to make money by posting videos on Facebook. 

But what is an effective method to make this work for you? 

Well from the paragraph above, where I wrote about how to make money with Facebook pages, you will follow that strategy to find videos on YouTube, that have the potential to go viral. 

Once you have done that, create a video and engagement campaign, targeting a very broad audience. 

If you only want to use videos to help you make money, I suggest that you find at least ten videos that have virality potential and test each of those videos on the Facebook ads platform. 

When starting the ad, make sure that you do not include any product links or affiliate links in your video. The aim is to not deter viewers from sharing your content. 

Although this should be tested, my view is that if there is a link in a post, it makes people more aware of it and thereby less likely to share your content. 

Only once the video has gotten a ton of engagement and views, then it will be a good idea to edit your post and include your product or affiliate link in it. 

If your goal is to make money, the link that you post here should either go to your own product or you can find a niche-related affiliate product that will make sense to the viewer. 

In fact, you can also use this strategy as a way to generate leads, to go through a funnel, that then leads to the sale of some product. 

This is another great strategy to get you as many views of your video for a small amount of money. 

When content goes viral, even if it is backed by an ad, there will be an element of organic reach that you will not be paying for. This is the power of making something go viral, since you get to reach more people for free.  

How to make money posting ads on Facebook

So far in this blog post I have shared with you how to make money on Facebook with a Facebook page and from posting videos. Whilst these are methods that you can use in your overall strategy, to make money on Facebook, if you are looking for some free methods, here is how you can leverage your personal Facebook profile to make money. 

This method will require consistency and more effort than if you were to purchase advertising, since the goal here will be to work with Facebook’s algorithm so that your content can reach your “audience”. 

The audience here is your friends’ list, although I would like you to know that Facebook does not expect you to make money using your personal profile and this is against their terms of service.

Therefore take caution when trying this method. 

On my own Facebook personal profile timeline, I have a lot of marketers who are “friends”. They sell their products to me all the time. Some sell it attractively, others sell it not so attractively. 

An unattractive and unappealing method to posting ads on your personal profile, is spamming people, whether on their timeline or in their messenger, without any value behind the post. 

In other words, do not just “drop links and run”

When people come to Facebook, they are there to socialise and interact with you as a Facebook friend, see pictures of your lifestyle, the things you love and what you get up to. 

They are not there to be bombarded by ads. 

So if you are using your Facebook personal profile to post ads to make money, a better way to do this is to post helpful, attractive, inspiring or motivating content that people can use or learn from. 

Some great ways to do this are: 

• If you are posting ads for a business opportunity, post pictures of your lifestyle, your family and experiences and tell a story of what your business opportunity has done for you and how it has gotten you to where you are today. 
• If you are posting ads for a health or beauty offer, post pictures of how you used the product and the type of results you achieved, how the product made you feel and tell a story of why you would recommend the product. 
• If you are posting ads for a gadget, post pictures of how the gadget made your life easier or tell a story of what the gadget has done for you, so other people can resonate with your story and feel more compelled to click on any links that you share to the product.  

Storytelling and images telling a story, really help your “friends” connect with you and pay attention to you. This is the type of attraction you want to use when posting ads on your Facebook personal profile.

How do people make money using Facebook groups

In the 2019 F8 Conference, Mark Zuckerberg mentioned Facebook’s intention to shift the focus to groups. 

A Facebook group is a place where people can share communication based on similar interests in one setting. A Facebook group allows people to come together to share a common cause or objective, or simply learn from each other. 

I consider Facebook groups to be a private setting where you can build very close relationships with participants and also monetise the group so you can make money from it. 

|Creating Your Own Facebook Group

When you are getting started with Facebook groups, your intention should not be to make money instantly. 

Facebook groups and in fact any of the methods that I mentioned here, are not get-rich-quick methods. 

These strategies take time and where Facebook groups are concerned, your goal should be to build a relationship, so that people can get to know more about you, like you and trust you. 

You want them to trust your ability to help them solve their problems and you want to make recommendations to help them solve their problems. 

If you would like to use Facebook groups as a way to make money posting ads, then here is what you can do: 

1. Decide what interests you would like to explore before you start your group. 
2. Select an affiliate product or create your own product, that you would like to recommend to group members to purchase, so you can make money.
3. Create content that will help participants solve their problems 
4. Recommend your affiliate products or your own products and make money

Number 3 should be the one thing that you do consistently, to break down any walls that participants may have when they enter your group. 

You should aim to share as much free content as you can, before you post any ads in your group to make money. 

This way, people will get accustomed to seeing your content and building trust with you as a source of information. 

|Leveraging Public Groups

If you do not want to create your own group, you can leverage public groups created by other people. 

To make this work however, you first of all need to have permission to post your ads in the group and most importantly, you need to test and see whether the group delivers results. 

For this method, I recommend that you find at least ten niche-related groups, which give you permission to post your own content. The groups should have a large number of participants – over 20k participants is ideal. 

Make a note of the name of the group and include the Facebook group link in your notes. 

Because these groups do not belong to you, you must test them to see how effective they are in producing your desired results. There are two ways you can do this and there are a few tools you will need to set up and prepare for this strategy. 

Tools you will need: 

• Landing page builder like LeadPages or Clickfunnels. Click this link to read my review of both builders and decide which one suits you.
• Tracking tool like Clickmagick or your affiliate network’s own tracking system.
• Email autoresponder like Aweber. Click this link to read my review of Aweber.

With your landing page builder, I recommend that you create a lead generation funnel to generate leads that then divert to the product offer. 

You can use Clickmagick to create tracking links for each Facebook group. The tracking link should redirect to the landing page that you have designed for the funnel. 

By using Clickmagick, you will be able to see which Facebook group delivers the most leads and because you have collected email addresses, you will then be able to follow up with your leads to warm them up to the product. 

The Facebook group that delivers the most leads, is the one that you can now spend more time promoting your offer to, since you have taken the time to test the effectiveness of the Facebook groups in providing responsive leads. 

If you did not take this step, you could waste time and should you make any money posting ads, you would not know which Facebook group, helped you make money. 

If you want to skip the funnel entirely, then use your affiliate network’s tracking to track the effectiveness of each Facebook group.

Taking these extra steps, to track your progress, really helps you to eliminate the bad eggs.

How can I make a lot of money with Facebook Instagram ads

Instagram has its own audience, different from Facebook. Because Instagram is a more visual platform, you can use it to promote different types of products that may perform better than if you were on the Facebook platform. 

Also, consider that Instagram has a younger demographic with typical interests in entertainment, arts, beauty, fashion, games, travel, etc.

One really great way to make a lot of money with Instagram, is using their Story ads to promote CPA (cost per action) offers.

Instagram Story ads display an image that gives users the call to action, to swipe up to see more of an offer. 

If you are a part of an affiliate network, like Maxbounty, you can select sweepstake type offers or survey offers, that pay you a commission if someone makes an entry into the sweepstake or signs up to complete a survey. 

These type of offers do really well and is one of the ways I was able to make over $1000 in less than two weeks with Maxbounty.

If you are using this method, be careful, since promoting sweepstake offers on Instagram can be risky and may go against Facebook’s Terms of Services. 

You really can promote any offer with Instagram ads. It is simply a matter of you testing the performance of the offer with the Instagram audience, to see if it converts.

How can I make money with Facebook ads and affiliate marketing

Facebook ads is a powerful platform that helps you to target a group of people, who may be interested in a product, so you can encourage them to buy.

The Facebook ads interface, allows you to find targeted groups of people, through their detailed targeting feature and more importantly, you can target those people who are more likely to buy your affiliate offer or take a specific action, so you can earn a commission from your affiliate offer. 

Whilst there are many affiliate offers that you can promote with Facebook ads, the two networks that I would recommend you join, to find appropriate Facebook-complaint offers are Clickbank and Maxbounty. 

The Clickbank marketplace contains a number of digital and physical products that you can use to make money from. 

Some of the best performing niches on Clickbank include weight loss, dating, survival or DIY.

With the internet being our best friend these days, and being able to conduct transactions online in the click of a button, there are many ways that you can now make $1000 in a week using online marketing methods. 

This blog post will share with you ten ways that work today, to help you easily make $1000 in a week. 

I just want to backtrack a little, for when I use the word “easily”, I do not mean that it is easy to get started, but if you implement the steps, you can earn $1000 quickly without a huge effort and without spending a ton of time. 

Most of these methods, I have used at some point in my online marketing career, so I know that it works. I am sharing with you the ways in which you can make $1000 in a week and the resources to help you get there. 

All you will need to do, is to pick one or two, focus on mastering the skills for those two ways, and you will have the potential to increase your income by $1000. 

Let’s get started. 

Affiliate Marketing 

I wouldn’t be a true affiliate marketer, if this was not the first method that I would recommend, to making $1000 within a week. 

Affiliate marketing is a lucrative way to make money these days, but it is a skill that you must learn in order to be successful at it. 

I certainly don’t want to paint the lie, that you can easily set up a campaign and make $1000 in a week, especially if you are a beginner to affiliate marketing; although this happens with very few people.

Whilst it is possible to make $1000 in a week for an experienced affiliate marketer, to a beginner, there is a learning curve and that learning curve takes some time to straighten out.

In a nutshell, it is the ability to promote someone else’s product or services and in exchange for sending quality conversions like a lead, sale, phone call or app install, you are paid a commission. 

Let’s say that if an affiliate offer pays you $100 for referring customers to their website, all you will need to do is find 10 qualified people and you would have made $1000 already.

Ecommerce with Shopify or Woocommerce

Dropshipping is the easiest way to do ecommerce and make $1000 in a week, so you do not have to spend time sourcing stock, holding inventory, fulfilling orders or going to the post office to ship orders. 

Dropshipping is the provision of goods by direct delivery from the manufacturer or supplier of that product, to the customer. So you as the ecom store owner, are not involved in the delivery of the product. 

You are only involved with the transaction details and customer service aspect. 

If you were to set up an ecommerce store using Shopify or Woocommerce, you will need to find a supplier to provide the specific product you’d like to sell in your store. 

You will also need to ensure that there is an agreement between you and the supplier, to ship the product to the consumer. 

Lastly, there are so many marketplaces that you can promote your ecommerce store on. Marketplaces like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, Microsoft Bing and even Amazon; because at the end of the day, if you have no traffic going to your store, you will not make that $1000 in a week.

Social Media Agency

If dealing with customers or selling products is not appealing to you, you may prefer to deal one-on-one with clients. This is where having your own agency or being a social media marketing freelancer may be an ideal scenario for you. 

This option allows you to build a clientele and offer specific services for social media platforms, such as posting content, monitoring and managing comments from business’ fans, creating and setting up marketing campaigns for ads, etc. 

If this is an area where perhaps you have managed your own social media account successfully and you would like a way to earn an extra $1000 in a week, then you may wish to offer this as a service. 

To get started with this option, you will need to find a way to get clients first of all. There are many ways to get social media clients that range from Facebook business groups, from your own social media profile, from your local chamber of commerce, from networking events and even from running your own advertising campaigns on these very same platforms. 

Sometimes starting your own social media agency and getting your first client, can be scary and you may need a guiding hand.

Freelance Writer 

There are over a million blogs on the internet, and that means that there are over a million bloggers. 

With such a huge market, you are able to offer your services as a freelance writer to bloggers who simply have no time to write their own blog posts.

This was actually how Chris Kostopoulos was able to start his freelance business and go on to make over $3000 in less than 3 months.

If he was able to make over $3000 in less than 3 months, with a bit more work and effort, you can hit your goal of $1000 in a week. 

The good thing about starting as a freelance writer, is that you do not need any experience. Of course a good command of English is necessary, if your intention is to pitch to English-speaking blog owners. 

To get started as a freelance writer, it is good to pick a niche that you’d like to command, then search for and pitch to bloggers in that specific niche. 

There is a lot more to starting on the right way to freelance writing, so I recommend Elna Cain’s freelance writing course, Write Your Way to $1k, to help you get started. 

This is the exact course that Chris Kostopoulos used to get started.

He says “I had no idea how to write for the web when I bought it. Also, my English was on average (maybe even below) level. Website Designer 

With the emergence of so many website templates on WordPress and done for you websites, it is easy to offer website design services as a beginner and make your first $1000 in a week, without any experience.

I have seen website designers claim to watch YouTube tutorials to learn how to install and design a website, then go out and offer their skills as a service. 

So if they can do that, why can’t you.  

Website design is one of those services where you can justifiably charge upwards of $25,000 for one client. It is a very profitable skill to have.

So if you decided that you wanted to charge $1000 per web design client, then this might be easy money to make. 

The hard part however is finding the clients and this is where it will take some time to actually go out into a marketplace and pitch your services. 

It will also be a great idea to have your own website which you can use as a portfolio, so you can show the type of work you do. If you already have client work, be sure to display other work you have done, to help you close leads faster.

Pinterest Virtual Assistant 

A Pinterest virtual assistant is someone who provides Pinterest marketing assistance to business owners. 

This type of assistance can include designing pins, pinning to Pinterest, creating Pinterest accounts and growing those accounts, getting followers to the account, getting clicks to pins and ultimately getting traffic to offers or blog posts. 

Working with Pinterest is simple, if you know how to navigate the platform and most importantly how it works to drive traffic. Also there are many online business owners, who do not have the time to manage their accounts and would gladly pay a virtual assistant to take it over for them. 

As a Pinterest virtual assistant, consider creating packages that focus on the above tasks. 

Hourly rates are also a great pricing strategy. 

You may need to secure at least two to four clients per week, to reach your income goal of $1000 a week.

Then there is the virtual assistant. A virtual assistant is someone who provides basic administrative tasks to business owners, regardless of the niche. 

Such administrative tasks can include customer service tasks, responding to emails and social media comments, spreadsheet and document management, internet research as well as any specific task that the business owner wants. 

Typically no experience is needed as a virtual assistant. 

If you do want to make $1000 a week, then you may have to secure at least four clients to reach that income goal. There are some virtual assistants who can easily charge $1000 a week per client, but this is dependent on their client avatar and whether you can target a market of high-paying clients.

Where can you go to find prospects to pitch to? 

You can find virtual assistant clients in Facebook groups, on LinkedIn, you can do cold emailing or you can advertise your services. 

If you are thinking of pitching your services here are a few tips to get started: 

1. Search job boards or freelance marketplaces like Upwork or People Per Hour for prospects
2. Taking a course can give you a competitive advantage, since you can learn from someone who has had success in their line of work and use it to emphasise your unique qualities
3. Create a website to demonstrate seriousness about your career choice and professionalism
4. Consider offering Virtual Assistant services for free, so you can get reviews. Then use those reviews as leverage to gain higher-paying clients.

Course Creator 

Do you have a skill or knowledge that you can package and turn into an online course? Online courses seem to have had the biggest impact in the online marketing arena, with course creators marketing their skills and profiting from it. 

Online courses that are well put together and provide an overwhelming amount of value, can easily sell for $997 or more. You might think that this is a high price for an online course, but if the skill you are selling provides a great return on investment, then there is no reason why prospects would not choose to invest. 

Of course, it is your goal as the course creator, to create content that shows why your course is beneficial to the prospect, how other people have used it to improve their lives and how your skills have improved your own life. 

If selling a course for $997 or more creates anxiety or uncertainty, then you may want to consider taking a course that teaches you how to create a signature, high-ticket program. 

These types of courses, will teach you how to market your skills, how to package it, how to use sales copy to sell the course, how to market and promote the course, amongst other important tasks that will set you in the right direction. 

Sell Ebooks 

Like online courses, ebooks are another online mini course, that you can create based off your skill or knowledge. 

In fact, ebooks is one of the ways that I am able to make monetise this blog and if planned properly, can even make you $1000 in a week. 

I had my first ebook product launch last year and I generated over $1400 in two weeks. With better planning, I am certain I would have been able to generate $1000 in a week. Click here to see a copy of my first paid ebook. 

Because ebooks have a lower price threshold, that means you will need to sell at least 15 – 25 ebooks in a week, if you valued your ebook at $37 or more. Any value lower than $37, you will need to sell more of them, to reach your income goal. 

To sell ebooks, you must have a robust marketing plan, that includes knowing the type of knowledge you want to sell, how you will create and design your ebook, how to get traffic to your ebook product and how to sell to your audience, to convert them into buyers of your ebook. 

If you know how to do this, selling ebooks is a simple, worthwhile venture that you can do over and over again and continue to use as an income stream in your business. 

Online Consultant or Coach 

An online consultant or coach is another high-paying service that you can offer with huge benefits. 

That’s because if you are teaching a profitable and marketable skill, where your prospects can quickly have a return on their investment, then it makes it rewarding to them, to invest in your services. 

As a coach you can charge upwards of $500 per hour for your time. I have also seen some coaches charge upwards of $900 per hour for their time. 

Depending on how you value your time, there is no limit to your income potential and certainly, if you have proven results, then there is no reason why you will not be able to command a high price and still convert prospects into clients.

Whilst placing a value on your coaching or consultant skills is easy, finding clients may be difficult. For that reason, my blog post How to Find High Paying Coaching Clients will give you some great ideas you can explore to get you started. 

Hopefully once you have implemented the steps you will be on your way to making $1000 in a week.

There you have it. Ten ways that are currently working in today’s marketplace, that can help you generate $1000 in a week. Whilst it is easy to say you can make $1000 in a week, it does matter that you have a good plan and strategy for creating this type of income, plus the skills to justify the income. 

As with anything, whilst most of the opportunities do not require that you have experience, it is always advantageous to you, to invest in yourself and so taking a course or even investing in a mentor is the right way to get one step ahead.

As an affiliate marketer, the one thing that you need to have a good command of, is how to get traffic to your affiliate marketing campaigns. 

I typically use Facebook ads for my affiliate marketing campaigns, but recently, Facebook has been making it extremely difficult for affiliates to promote their offers, so I decided to give an alternative traffic source a try. 

That alternative traffic source is Microsoft Ads, formerly known as Bing Ads. 

I have been using Bing Ads since 2017/2018. If you know how to use Google Adwords, then using Bing Ads to drive traffic to your affiliate marketing campaigns should be no different. 

Bing Ads, is simply less popular than Google Adwords and so the amount of traffic available is on a smaller scale, but that does not mean that the traffic is not good. 

The traffic here is of a quality level and in this blog post, I will show you how you can also use Bing Ads to drive traffic to your affiliate marketing campaigns. 

If you decide to learn Bing Ads marketing, it will be another method to getting traffic, which in my opinion is a good skill to have.

What is Bing Ads

For those of you who do not know of, or have never heard of Bing Ads, it is an advertising platform that is owned by the technology company, Microsoft Corporation. 

If you use the Microsoft search engines, instead of the Google search engines, then you will often see search results that have an “Ad” tag next to the result. 

This is an advertisement that has been created by either the owner of a product or an affiliate. 

Next time you search for something using the Microsoft search engines, pay attention to the advertisements that you see. 

Anything without the “Ad” tag is an organic search result. Other than that, it is paid for by the promoter of the advertisement. 

This is what I am going to teach you how to set up, for your affiliate marketing campaigns, so that when a user searches for keywords, they can find your affiliate offers and potentially help you get paid. 

How to Join Bing Ads

In order to create these type of advertisements, you first of all need to join Microsoft as an advertiser. To do that, click here. You will also get $100 for the first $25 you spend as a new advertiser to Microsoft. 

When you get to their website, click the Sign Up Now button. 

You will need a Microsoft account, so if you already have a Microsoft webmail address, such as hotmail.com, live.com, msn.com, outlook.com or passport.com, you can sign in with this. 

If you do not, then you must create one. 

Once you have entered your username and password, you will arrive at an application form that looks like this.

Complete the application form. When selecting the option for “Let us know how you’ll use this account”, if you intend to use Bing Ads to promote affiliate products, select the option that says “to promote this business”. 

If you intend to create advertisements on behalf of other businesses, select the option that says “to provide services to other businesses as an ad agency”. 

Once you have created your account, your Microsoft Advertising dashboard will look like this.

Whilst the first time viewing this, might appear overwhelming, keep in mind, that it will likely be, given it is your first time viewing it. 

I recommend that you give yourself a few days to a week, to go over each element of your Microsoft dashboard, paying attention to the campaign, ad groups, ads and keywords sections. 

Getting Started With Bing Ads 

If this is your first time using Bing Ads, it is important that you understand, that in order to advertise with Bing Ads, you must use keywords to create your ads. 

Keywords are certain words or phrases that people search for in the search engine, that makes your ads appear. 

For example, if a user searches for the keyword/keyphrase “make money online” and an advertisement has targeted this keyword “make money online” in its campaign, Microsoft will display that ad to the user.

As an affiliate or advertiser, there are, however, certain keywords that you want to pay more attention to, in your campaigns. 

Information keywords vs awareness keywords vs buyer keywords

This is where, understanding the difference between information keywords, awareness keywords and buyer keywords become important. 

Information keywords are keywords that users place in the search engines, when they are looking for information on a particular subject. 

Therefore, that user, has no intention to buy anything. All they are doing, is looking for information, to help them understand what a subject matter is. 

Let’s take a look at some affiliate products and typical information keywords for those affiliate products. 

You will see from the above examples, that the keywords used by searchers are entered for the sole purpose of getting more helpful information on a particular product. 

The user probably does not know, that there is a specific solution to their query and all they want at this stage, is to be able to understand the “how” or “what” of something. 

Awareness keywords

From that information, they may then be able to seek or become aware of a product that may solve their problem or answer their query. 

This then takes us to the awareness stage of an individual’s search journey. Now that they have more information on a subject matter, it is likely that such information has alluded to the awareness that a product does exist to solve their problem or answer their query. 

There are keywords which a user may enter into the search engine, which are not particularly strong buyer keywords, but they can potentially lead to a sale of a product, if the affiliate sets up his information post in a way which sells the product. 

These type of information posts can be review posts, question and answer posts, best “XYZ” product posts or top “XYZ” product posts. 

Below you will find example affiliate products and keywords that have a slight buyer intent but because the searcher is at the awareness stage, there is still some doubt as to readiness to buy and so the affiliate should be careful about using these keywords in his affiliate campaigns. 

When searchers use keywords such as XYZ product review, they have an idea that the product exists, but there is no certainty that they want to buy this product right now. 

What they are looking for, is confirmation or validation that this product is worth their investment. 

Likewise, when searchers use keywords such as “best XYZ product” or “top XYZ product”, they know that there are products in the marketplace that can help them, but they still have not found a specific product for their needs. 

These keywords can lead to a sale and takes the searcher closer to making a buying decision, however the most powerful buyer keywords are what an affiliate should target, if they want to easily generate sales and make better return on investments (ROI). 

Let’s look at buyer keywords. 

Buyer keywords

Buyer keywords are keywords that demonstrate that the user has already gotten sufficient information on a particular product, knows the product exists and is now ready to buy that product because they believe, from the information sourced, that this product will solve their problems. 

Buyer keywords are the best keywords you can target, because it helps you generate sales quicker and target searchers who know what they want and are in a buying mode. 

If they are in a buying mode, it is likely that they have their credit card in hand, ready to make a purchase. 

Can you think of any buyer keywords for affiliate products? Let’s look at some buyer keyword examples. 

You will notice from the above examples, that the user knows exactly what the product is, so is going in search of that product, by typing in the specific brand name of the product and the actual type of product. 

They also use buyer intent words like “buy”, “order”, “price”, “discount” or “sale”, etc. 

If you are promoting affiliate offers, buyer keywords are the type of keywords you should be using in your campaigns, to get the best results and to reduce your ad spend and time testing keywords.

So if you know that there is an affiliate product that you’d like to promote, think of some buyer keywords and note them down. 

Later down in this tutorial, I will also show you how to find more buyer keywords for your campaign, with the help of Microsoft Bing’s keyword planner tool. 

What is MaxBounty

For this tutorial, I will be focusing on the affiliate network, Maxbounty. 

Maxbounty is one of the most widely used affiliate networks, that provide excellent affiliate products for you to use in your affiliate marketing campaigns to help you earn money.

I have been using MaxBounty as an affiliate, since 2018 and it is one of those affiliate networks that I would recommend. 

They have over 2000+ products that you can select from as a blogger, email marketer, social media strategist that pay on a cost per lead (CPL), cost per sale (CPS), cost per action (CPA) or cost per install (CPI) basis. 

The best thing that I like about this affiliate network, is that they pay weekly. 

Some networks pay on a net 30 basis, or worse, when the advertiser pays you. As an affiliate, I am sure that cashflow is important to you, so always having your commissions available to work for you, is ideal. 

This is one of the reasons why I would focus my efforts on promoting products from Maxbounty. 

How to Join MaxBounty  

To join MaxBounty, it is important that you know, that MaxBounty prefers to work with affiliates who have experience. 

Their application process will therefore require you to state your experience as an affiliate. Also you will be required to have a phone interview with one of their affiliate managers. 

Here are some tips to help you with your interview and application process: 

1. Be truthful in your experience. If you are able to demonstrate any affiliate marketing experience, such as successful campaigns, then have the figures to prove it (although specifics of the campaign is not necessary; it is just a recommendation). 
2. If you do not yet have experience as an affiliate marketer, I would recommend first getting experience and then applying once you do have experience. 
3. If you do not yet have experience and do not want to wait to apply, then act like you know what you’re talking about. This will include, understanding affiliate marketing and showing how you intend to promote their products. If you can demonstrate that you know how you intend to promote their products and that you are committed to doing your best, then you can still have a chance. So in a nutshell, have a strategy. 
4. Do you know what type of products you want to promote? Then mention this in your application and interview. 

Here is what MaxBounty’s current application form looks like:

Here is where you enter your basic information such as your name and password to create your account, if accepted. 

Step 2 Security 

Here is where you set up security questions for your account.

Step 3 Contact

In this section, pay attention to the last question – “how did you hear about MaxBounty?”. A good choice to put is “mentor”. This will give the impression, that you are working under the guidance of someone who is successful at affiliate marketing. 

Step 4 Address 

Here is where you include your postal address.

Step 5 Experience

This section is the most important part and here are a few tips to help you complete it. 

What is your experience? 

If you are a complete beginner or have little experience, say so. But remember when describing your past affiliate marketing experience and how you intend to promote their products, always have a strategy. 

Outline what you know about affiliate marketing, how you learned it, the platforms you already have set up to start with affiliate marketing (eg. blog or social media audience), the budget that you have (if you intend to use ads) and how you intend to promote their offers. 

If you do have a budget, I have found that affiliate networks prefer affiliates who have a big budget. Budgets of more than $1000 per month is favourable. 

Be very specific in your answers. 

If you have some experience or are extremely experienced, you do have a better advantage here, because as I mentioned in the beginning, MaxBounty do prefer to work with affiliates who have experience. 

However, it does not mean that if you have little to no experience, that you have no chance at being accepted. 

It simply means that you must work harder for your application to get accepted and hopefully my tips above will help you move into the phone interview stage. 

What offers are you looking for? 

MaxBounty has several types of offers, from survey offers, ecom offers, health and beauty offers, cost per lead offers. 

I would recommend that you have an idea as to the type of offers you would like to promote. Perhaps you have seen other affiliates be successful with survey type offers.

Then mention that this is the type of offer you would like to promote. 

Your website URL

As you can see, Maxbounty does require that you have a website. Having a website does put you at an advantage, as it shows that you are serious about what you are doing. 

For that reason, if you do not have a website, I recommend that you get one. 

Make sure that the website has sufficient content on it, since as part of the application process, MaxBounty may visit it. 

Is this account for incentive traffic? 

Incentive traffic is offering some form of incentive or compensation, like cash, to people for clicking through to other websites. 

I do not know what MaxBounty’s policies are on incentivized traffic, so I would recommend that if you know that this is something you are pushing, that you do your own due diligence and make sure that it is an acceptable form of traffic permitted by MaxBounty.

Step 6 Terms

Finally agree to their terms and submit your application.

Your application is then likely to take a few days to be accepted and processed.

How to Select MaxBounty Offers 

Once you have been accepted and you are in your MaxBounty dashboard area, you will come to an area that looks like this. 

To find offers that you can begin testing, I recommend looking at the top campaigns, trending campaigns and MaxBounty picks. 

On these tabs, you can find the campaigns that are being successfully run by most affiliates. 

MaxBounty picks also have great offers hand selected by MaxBounty as offers that are successful on their network. 

Another great idea is to get in touch with your affiliate manager and ask them which is the best affiliate offer to promote. 

For example, if you intend to use paid advertising to promote affiliate offers, an email or message that goes like this, will help you get some offers to start testing: 

“Hey [affiliate manager’s name], 

I am ready to promote some offers with Bing ads. Can you let me know which offers are hot right now on Bing traffic?”

Here are some tips for how I select offers to run on the Bing ad network:

• Select ecom offers
• Select offers with a high payout that is above $50
• Select verticals in the health, beauty, skin or supplement niches 
• When researching offers or spying other affiliates, if an affiliate is promoting it, add it to your list to test. 

How to Set Up a Successful Bing Ads Campaign With MaxBounty Offers

I have created the below video to help you set up your Bing Ads campaign. This is exactly how I set up my ads on Bing. 

A few tips that I need to mention before you watch the video. 

• There is no special offer. As an affiliate, your goal should be to test as many offers and keep the ones that are converting well for you. Just because an offer converts for me, does not mean it will convert for you. You as the affiliate, need to do your own testing with the traffic source you want to use to promote the offer. 
• I recommend selecting at least 10 offers and set them up on Bing. Keep the ones that convert and turn off the ones that do not convert. 
• My ad kill method is to spend up to the payout amount. For example, if an offer pays out $80, I am prepared to spend up to $80 testing the product on Bing. That way, even if I make one sale, I have broken even. Some affiliates recommend spending 2x the affiliate payout, however for me, I will know that if I have received over a certain number of clicks to an offer, that it is unlikely to convert with the keywords I have selected. 
• Before turning off a campaign, check the number of clicks you have received to the keyword; not to the offer. Maybe the certain keyword you selected did not convert but perhaps another keyword may convert. Always keep this in mind. 
• It is sufficient to use up to 10 buyer intent keywords in your campaign. 

Any other tips that I remember, I will mention in the video.

Wrapping Up

Maxbounty and Bing Ads go hand in hand. I do also use Facebook ads to promote some of their offers, so if your traffic source is Facebook ads, then MaxBounty is still a great selection of an affiliate network.

I have found that if you have really good buyer intent keywords, that your ROI is exceptional with Bing Ads. 

That is because, when a user is ready to buy, it will take minimal clicks to an ad to make the sale. This is why it is important to target buyer intent keywords.

How to find your affiliate marketing niche?

The first thing I do when finding a niche is looking at a set of things I genuinely have interest in. I have made the mistake in the past of picking things based on potential gain, which has led me down boring long roads of business.

There are 4 main things that I look at when picking a niche:  

1. What are my skill sets and what skills can I learn in a certain niche?
2. Is this something I have an interest in?
3. Is this seasonal or consistent through the year (google trends)
4. Are there problems big enough in this niche that need fixing?

Once I have these 4 things in check, then I’ll usually go for the niche. I believe it does not matter what niche you choose, as everything in any niche is monetisable.

You just may have to take a different approach for certain topics etc. Like for example, you may find that certain topics cannot be monetised with affiliate products.

But then you have other ways, like info products and memberships or ads that make up for that. It’s all about just picking the niche and then finding direction later.

The analogy I always use, is that you can’t steer a car until it gets moving. So put your foot on the gas and then manoeuvre afterwards.

Is there a best niche for affiliate marketing?

There is no such thing as the best niche as every type of niche holds different values. Business is all about solving a problem, so if there was a best niche then that would mean there are better problems than others. And that would sound barbaric.

So it’s actually about just looking at the variables in each of your selections and then pulling the trigger as time is ticking and waits for no one. The quicker you get started and get going then the quicker you will start to gain some traction and figure things out.

What inspiration do you get to write your affiliate articles?

When I first write my articles I do not have the affiliate product in mind.

This is because if we look at Google and where SEO is headed we can quickly see that providing the best answer is the number one goal. Google’s job is to simply provide the most accurate answer that you can find on planet earth resulting in a great user experience.

So the number one goal of your post, should be to provide that to the reader and then recommend any affiliate product that can help them with that problem.

It’s a complete mindset shift from pushing something to make money, as instead, you are presenting a package to solve a problem.

So the inspiration that I get to write an affiliate article comes from the query that I’m trying to answer.

A few things I look at will be whether the affiliate product will make sense for its placement in the post and whether it is something that needs to be visual.

Like, imagine if you were writing about a food recipe for a cooking site or cooking affiliate products and then there were no images. Well, food is something that we need to visualise in order to form potential taste.

So if there were no images then the reader cannot make an attachment to the message, thus resulting in no sale. So it’s important to understand what you’re writing about, as well as whether it’s suitable to position it in that particular post.

A few actionable steps that you can take to find inspiration for a blog post would include just checking out the top 10 ranking sites for the keyword.

You may also want to see a few YouTube videos on the topic and of course the affiliate product website. If you can provide a few snippets as to what they will get inside on the offer then it will qualify them for the purchase.

It’s always important to really hone in on the problem they have as then you can use the affiliate offer as the solution.

More importantly, you want to be honest and genuine, so instead of sounding like some corporate company. You instead need to write as if you are a friendly neighbour from next door that had the same problem and fixed it with X.

How do you promote your affiliate article once you hit publish?

Once you have published the article then it’s important to get the post out in the market. With niche sites, I think you should identify at least 1 or 2 traffic sources that house a bunch of people in the niche with potential problems or interests.

A great two are usually YouTube and Pinterest…. mainly because they both drive a good amount of traffic to niche sites. So you may want to share it on those and then out to an email list if you have built one up for the site.

Although it’s important to get it out, I wouldn’t worry too much about this part on a niche site.

As the idea is to eventually get hands off with the site and take a passive profit each month. So once you’ve pushed it initially then just stay active on 1 or 2 socials max. And if you can afford it, then get someone to manage your socials for you or hire a VA to push it out every time you post.

Eventually, Google will pick up the post and start ranking it but it’s good to get some initial traffic and sales beforehand too.

And also by giving Google the data, it can help them better understand how well your post really is based on the reader’s behaviour.

Any specific tools that you use in the creation of your niche affiliate website?

For creating a niche website there are a number of free tools that I use such as Google Trends, Similar Web, LSI graph and a paid tool called Keysearch.

All of these tools are used to help me better understand the competition and aid me in an attempt to rank number one for a search query.

I then use the paid tool, Keysearch, mainly to find easy to rank keywords and then check the potential traffic for the keyword by seeing what the position one post is receiving.

Of course, this is only estimated as you can not determine what you will get in the same position as they may be ranking for multiple keywords and may have a better or worse title etc. There are many different variables to look at.

Another tool I use is the Moz backlink checker which is free.

I use this to see how many links on average the top ranking post has built per month and whether they are ‘no follow’ or ‘do follow’ links.  

Lastly, a great tool to find keywords can be answerthepublic.com as this will help to find keywords that people are searching for under the topic you are targeting.

What affiliate networks would you recommend for finding products for your affiliate website?

Well, the first thing that needs to be looked at is what level you are currently at. For a beginner then I would always recommend Amazon, but with commissions at a rate of 6% then Amazon may not be the best option.

It all depends on your approach to your site in the first place.

For example, if you do select Amazon then you want to be targeting high ticket products as people don’t look for reviews on other sites for items that cost $2.

It’s more for something that they need to see someone’s opinion on because they are wanting reassurance that they are making the right choice.

If on the other hand, you are either willing to try new products, then there are some great affiliate networks out there such as CJ affiliates, Clickbank, ShareASale and much more.

Any specific plugins that you use for your affiliate website?

It goes without saying that there are a few plugins that you must have on an affiliate site. Here are a few that I think are mandatory:

1. Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights – see all actions through Google Analytics on your site dashboard
2. Insert Headers and Footers – Add any code to the header and footer of your sites such as 3rd party integrations and coded actions
3. W3 Total Cache – Allows you to clear caches on your site after adjustments to maintain speed
4. Really Simple SSL – Allows you to install an SSL certificate  to your site to encrypt data and protect the site from hackers
5. Yoast SEO – Helps with composing posts, meta descriptions and titles on your website. A must-have plugin.
6. UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore – Allows you to set an automatic backup of your whole website every 4 hours, so you never lose anything again.

Optional plugins

• Pretty Links – allows you to track each specific link that is clicked on your site
• Ultimate Nofollow – Instructs search engines to not crawl your affiliate links so that link juice is not passed to affiliate sites.

You want to keep your plugins to under 20 at all times in order to maintain a good site speed. This is for people with basic hosting of course.

And if you go just over, then that’s fine but make sure it’s something that you really need. One thing you’ll realise with WordPress plugins is that you almost feel that you need them all. It’s like a supermarket of sweets so just be responsible with choosing which ones are really needed.

What tips can you share with anyone who wants to build a niche affiliate website?

If I could give any advice for building an affiliate site then it would be to focus on long-form content to outrank the competition.

And to get started, as that is the main thing with business and life. You will figure things out as you get further along the line. Then once you have everything going, then just keep building and building until you can outsource and pay for others to keep building for you.

The only way to fail is to simply not follow the steps of:

• Keyword research
• Long form high-quality content (images, videos, and everything)

And of course not sticking to it as that is a fast track to never achieve success. But if you stick to selecting something that you care about then you should be just fine.

So get the ball rolling with some easy to rank keywords at the start with low competition. I would write about 15 articles (1500 words) like this that are directly answering question keywords.

Then as you build some authority and trust with Google, I would start to target some medium competition keywords with long-form content around 2500 words a post. Then once you get a little more automotive and really want to knock the ball out the park then start going for high traffic 5k search plus keywords with big 3k words plus posts.

You would need to make sure that this had lots of images, videos, tables and anything that can help provide the best resource on Google for that particular keyword.

Meet John Crestani – The Creator of The Super Affiliate System

How did I come to know about John Crestani? I have seen his ads on Facebook as he was targeting me, someone interested in internet marketing.

I did not follow him then, but I watched a YouTube video and saw his ad again.

So I was looking for an affiliate marketing course that I thought would be helpful to my readers and decided to look into John Crestani’s own to see what it was all about.

Who is John Crestani? Well he’s an affiliate marketer who started out like most of us, wanting to leave behind our sucky jobs in pursuit of the ultimate freedom.

Now get this guys, when he started affiliate marketing and learning how to make money online, he failed at it for 4 years (mentioned on his webinar)! So clearly this should teach you, who is reading this… that there is no shortcut to success and you will understand why I say this, a little bit later on.

John Crestani was mentored by Kelly Felix and it was at that moment that he was able to successfully start generating handsome profits online to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars within the first year of being mentored.

Now how did John Crestani get the idea to create the Super Affiliate System affiliate marketing training?

He was actually featured in a Forbes blog post by Logan Kugler which pretty much introduced him to the world.

After the blog post was published and went viral John Crestani received a number of emails asking him about his work, how he does what he does and it was from then that he decided to work on this affiliate marketing training that I am reviewing for you today.

The Super Affiliate System Course Layout

Let me set this straight first of all, that you are not getting a system, in the literal sense of the word.

There seems to be some confusion that you are getting a push-button system that will help you make money – no.

You’re actually getting a course or training to educate you and provide you with the skills that you need to learn affiliate marketing.

John Crestani’s Super Affiliate System is hosted on his website and he uses the Wishlist Member Membership Software to create a membership site, which you can log into and access your affiliate marketing training materials.

The course is pretty much self-paced so you can go it over in your free time and take the time to really understand what he is saying.

Super Affiliate System Review – What I Like About The Super Affiliate System

As an affiliate marketer I can tell when something is BS having learnt from amazing affiliate marketers, Facebook ads marketers and internet marketers.

So I can be very heavy with criticism if needs be, because I know what a beginner needs to succeed in this business.

Access to his swipe file

When I reviewed the course material, I like the fact that he gives you his swipes.

Swipes are templates that you can model after so you won’t have to do the research yourself.

The amount of resources he has available in his library for beginners, is insane.

How to do research

Even though he gives you swipes for his affiliate product, pre-sell pages, ad copies, funnels, etc, I like how John Crestani shows you how to do the research yourself.

So you pretty much get an over-the-shoulder training of his thought process, what he looks for and how he creates this swipe library so you can do it yourself.

I am all about teaching someone to do something, rather than giving someone something on a silver platter. Teach a man to fish they say and he’ll eat for a lifetime, so that is something that is commendable about the course.

Mindset training

I also like his introduction. In the introduction he aims to get the course taker to reevaluate their mindset. I see it all the time in affiliate marketing, that people come in with the perception that it is a quick system to making money online.

John Crestani focuses on goal setting, how to remain focused, how to make your goals relevant to where you really want to be in life, how to stop procrastination, how to stop limiting beliefs.

Some courses I see miss this very important part. Having it here, makes sure that the course taker, takes steps to work on his psychological frame of mind before he even dives into the course.

Some of you, if you do decide to take the course, might skip over this part, but I encourage you to watch it since it can really put things into perspective for you, when it comes to the end goal you’d like to achieve after finishing the course.

Skills that can be applied to any business

I also like how the skills that you learn from this course can be applied to any business model.

John Crestani makes it a point that what you learn does not only need to apply to affiliate marketing. In fact you can apply it to eCommerce, network marketing or selling a product.

Whilst the course is affiliate marketing focused, you can still apply some of the knowledge to other businesses.

Does this mean that I would recommend this course if you have an eCommerce store? Probably not, because the material does not contain sufficient eCommerce education and skills for the eCommerce store owner.

I would recommend that you focus on finding a course that is totally dedicated to learning about eCommerce.

How to choose an affiliate offer

I also like that he teaches and shows you how to choose an affiliate offer.

There are so many affiliate offers on the internet that any beginner can get overwhelmed. Also if you want to avoid wasting money, there is a right way to research affiliate offers and John Crestani explains how to do this well.

He also teaches you how to find buyers – super important. This is based on understanding buyer intent, so knowing the point at which people are likely to buy.

How to use paid advertising

The Super Affiliate System is a course that teaches paid advertising to build an affiliate marketing business.

This is a concept that I endorse especially since you can get results a lot faster with paid advertising.

He goes into Facebook ads, YouTube ads, Google Adwords and shows you how to remain compliant with these ad platforms.

Case studies

I also really like that he gives case studies, so you can easily implement the skills that you have learnt, with your own affiliate marketing campaigns.

I myself was able to learn some new things, such as how to use a survey funnel to increase engagement in promoting an affiliate product and different angles that I could use to promote a solar product.

So if you’re worried that you have all his swipes but don’t know how to start using them, don’t worry. Part of his course, Ready To Launch Campaigns, will help you get started.

Weekly webinars

I really like and applaud John Crestani’s weekly campaign sessions which is useful for beginners to ask questions directly from the course creator so they never have to feel like they’re alone.

One of the complaints of most course takers, is that they have no direct access to the course creator.

John Crestani makes this possible by devoting time to you in his weekly webinars.

He also makes it a point to mention this frequently throughout the course so that you remember that they are available.

What I Did Not Like About The Super Affiliate System

This review would not be a real review without me giving my unbiased opinion about the course and what I feel can be improved.

As I said from the beginning, I want to make sure that based on my review you are able to make an informed decision as to whether you want to purchase the course or not.

So it would not be helpful to you, as the reader, to leave this part out.

Encouraged to join MOBE

The first thing that course takers are encouraged to do is join MOBE. If you do not know what MOBE is, it was an affiliate marketing coaching program, that got shut down by the Federal Trade Commission for “promoting a bogus online business opportunity to retirees and veterans” 

John Crestani was an affiliate of MOBE and his intention was to get students to join this “business opportunity” under him, with the objective that when they join, he will “help them” achieve their goals.

As an affiliate marketer myself and knowing how MOBE worked and also being a customer of a similar “coaching program”, it was disappointing to see that he was recommending this program but then I had to put something into perspective.

As an affiliate marketer, I myself promote products that I genuinely believe in. If a product has helped me achieve something and I believe it can help someone else achieve a similar goal I will promote it.

It is for this reason and besides the point that it made him money, that I think that John Crestani promoted the product. Not because he was the owner of MOBE but perhaps it helped him achieve his business goals and so had no issue promoting it to his students.

Another thing to remember is that this course was created in 2016. MOBE was shut down in 2018, so to the student who is now enrolling into the course this may come across as a red flag, please remember that at the time that John Crestani promoted it, it was not deemed “bogus” by the FTC.

Also mentioning MOBE in the course is not harmful to you as the student, because you do not have to join any program, if you do not want to.

Too much hype

There is definitely too much hype.

Look, I want you to understand that whilst affiliate marketing is the best and easiest business model for beginners, you cannot become rich overnight. You can make a lot of money, but it does require work, it does require learning and mastering your skill and that takes time.

John Crestani introduces some successful students and talks about how many hundreds of thousands of dollars they made in a short space of time.

Do not get disappointed if you have not achieved this milestone after you complete the course.

And just because you have completed the course but not had success yet, it does not mean that the course is a scam.

A scam, as defined by Cambridge is, “an illegal plan for making money, especially one that involves tricking people”.

From what I have seen from the course, you are learning skills that you can take away and apply in your own business.

There is no trickery as you are receiving a product, John Crestani does not claim that you will make money by taking the course and the skills that you will learn are skills that John has learnt himself over the years and relayed to you.

Facebook Ads training could be more in depth

As a Facebook ads marketer, I do think that his training here could be a bit more in-depth for beginners.

If it’s going to be a comprehensive course, then it should be comprehensive in all aspects right?

Whilst he does show you how to set up a Facebook ads campaign, I thought that he could spend some time walking you around the Facebook platform.

I mean not everyone is going to understand the Facebook ads interface. This would have been helpful to beginners.

Too much theory

One thing that I like about courses is it shows you how to do something, rather than tell you how to do something.

I found that there was a lot of theoretical advice – “you can do this, you can do that” – but to make it really beneficial to the course taker, I do feel that there could be more practical work.

You know, showing how it is done.

For example, what would have been ideal would have been an over-the-shoulder tutorial showing you how to set up an affiliate marketing campaign from beginning to end with Facebook ads, how to analyse your Facebook ads, how to determine when you have a winner and how to scale.

In the course, I did see some practical sessions showing you how to set up an affiliate marketing campaign, but I did not see any sessions showing you how to analyse your Facebook ads to understand when you have a winner. 

His tutorial, Important Metrics In Advertising, was more theory than practice.

I would have liked to see more practice here.

A course by friends?

John Crestani says that he is teaching skills that he has learnt from affiliate marketing so it is surprising to see that about 50% of the course is taught by his “friends”.

I suppose this is not a major issue if you are learning skills from a wide variety of affiliate marketers. At least you get someone else’s perspective so this may turn out to be a good thing.

I point it out now so you do not become confused when you see a course being taught by Tim Burd or Brian Pfieffer.

What I Took Away From The Course

As a seasoned affiliate marketer, here is what I was able to take away from this course:

• How to use survey funnels to create engagement. In fact, in a new affiliate campaign that I just set up, I implemented this step.
• How to leverage affiliate managers so you get more out of them. I learnt when to contact affiliate managers and how doing this is very helpful to your business
• Other angles that I could use to promote affiliate products in the solar and woodworking niche.

Is The Super Affiliate System Worth The Cost?

This course is $997 and for the overwhelming amount of knowledge and skills you will gain I do believe that the cost of the course is reasonable.

Here’s why:

John Crestani provides a huge library of swipe files for the beginner to use, making it effortless to start promoting products without worrying about the guesswork.

The Super Affiliate System covers all the foundational knowledge any beginner affiliate marketer needs to get their affiliate marketing hub set up the right way. I am confident that the resource provided by the Super Affiliate System will be the only resource you need.

One thing that I want to point out, that this course will not help you build a niche affiliate marketing website to promote with SEO. So if this is what you are looking for, this is not the right course for you.

The Super Affiliate System course modules explain everything to an acceptable detail. Whilst I do feel that some modules could be more in-depth, I do feel that there are other elements where you can get a very good understanding of how to run affiliate marketing campaigns.

The Super Affiliate System shares strategies that you probably will not find anywhere else on the internet. It provides case studies you can model after and swipe files. It’s truly a great resource for the beginner, intermediate and even the advanced who is looking for different angles to promote products.

Time To Wrap Up

If you’re starting from zero this course will help you build a solid foundation for your affiliate marketing business.

You will know why marketing tools are necessary for your business and you will learn skills that you can implement in other business models.

If you are experienced with affiliate marketing, this course can fill some of the gaps you may have in your knowledge. It will also give you new ideas that you had not thought about.

Like Vernon Howard said “Always walk through life as if you have something new to learn and you will”.

Plus the Super Affiliate System’s weekly webinars is a powerful resource to have access to, since you are in direct contact with the course creator.

My review of Clickfunnels vs LeadPages is going to give the blogger, affiliate marketer, ecom store owner and marketer a clue about whether these marketing tools are ideal for their business.

Hands up, if you would rather know what the deal is, before spending money and time trying to learn something that does not meet your expectation?

Well as a user of both marketing tools, I hope that I will be able to give you a clear picture of the features of these products and whether they are the right fit for your business

I know there are a ton of Clickfunnels vs Leadpages reviews, but I had not seen any, that specifically answers to who the user is.

Which is why I decided to take a different route and provide a review for each specific business owner.

I will be making this review as unbiased as possible. After all I do have certain gripes about both Clickfunnels and LeadPages that I’d like you to know about.

What is Clickfunnels?

I have so many people come to me and say they’d like to build a clickfunnel. Let me set the record straight by clarifying that Clickfunnels is the name of a product or more specifically an online software.

Just like Microsoft Word or Powerpoint, it is a product or online software that helps you build a sales funnel.

A sales funnel is a series of web pages dedicated to the promotion of a particular product or products that helps the business owner achieve a desired goal.

That goal may be a sale, lead generation, booking a consultation or call or whatever objective you may have.

It is different from your traditional website because it does not have features like external or internal links, navigation menus, etc.

In this regard, the funnel is the ideal marketing tool because it helps to keep the user (your target audience) focused on the main objective of the funnel.

The owner of the Clickfunnels product is Russel Bronson.

What is LeadPages?

LeadPages was designed as a lead generation software but it can also be used as a sales funnel.

That is because LeadPages also allows you to build sales pages that help you generate sales of products.

So just like Clickfunnels, you can use the LeadPages software to also generate leads, sales, consultation bookings or calls.

When you first get to the LeadPages home page, if your goal is to sell a product, you may be wondering whether LeadPages is the right product for you, since their focus is more on the lead generation aspect.

Don’t worry because you can take payments with this online platform as well which means that you can sell a product if you want to.

When compared to Clickfunnels, notice how Clickfunnels immediately addresses this, by pointing out almost everything that can be done with the Clickfunnels software.

ClickFunnels vs LeadPages Features

Rather than write a paragraph about the features in each of these online software, I decided to create a table setting out the main features so you can easily get an overview and comparison of each one.

I will then go into the specifics of each feature so you can learn a little bit more about it.

Mobile Friendly Templates

Both Clickfunnels and LeadPages have mobile friendly templates.

However, if I were to pick one for easy mobile responsiveness, my vote would go to LeadPages.

That is because, with Clickfunnels even though their pages can convert to mobile, you must manually adjust your text for mobile viewers, before publishing.

What I mean is, if on desktop you have used a font size of 32px, with Clickfunnels you want to make sure that the text is down-sized for mobile.

If you do not take this additional step the text will also appear large on mobile. Clickfunnels have catered to this by adding a mobile text button in their editor.

The difference with LeadPages however, is that the text and images are automatically down-sized for mobile.

Drag and Drop Interface

Designing a lead page or funnel is simple with their drag and drop interface.

No coding is necessary which makes Clickfunnels and LeadPages easy for amateurs who have no coding or design skill.

To build a page with Clickfunnels, you can either use one of their pre-designed templates and drag and drop any additional elements that you want to the page.

If you are starting from the beginning though you must understand how a Clickfunnel page is designed.

Each of their pages are made up of sections, rows and elements.

Each page starts with a section which is identified by the colour green, which contains a row identified by the colour blue and a row contains an element, identified by the colour orange.

The elements are your content boxes and it is from the content boxes that you can design your page.

LeadPages has a similar construction however to start designing your page, you only need to add a section then drag and drop your content.

So once again in terms of ease, LeadPages wins making it easier for the user to build their pages effortlessly.

Pop-Up Lead Boxes

If you do not want to create a sales funnel but still want a place to convert your visitors into leads from your website or blog, you can create pop up lead boxes with both Clickfunnels and LeadPages.

Clickfunnels refer to these lead boxes as Clickpops.

Once created you are given code to embed the box onto a website or blog that you own.

Such pop up box can be added to your website as a link or an image which when clicked, causes the box to pop open. If you’d like the box to appear automatically such as on time or on exit then you can configure the settings to generate these actions.

LeadPages refer to these boxes as lead boxes. They essentially operate in the same way as Clickfunnels’ clickpops do.

LeadPages’ lead boxes can be embedded by a link, button or image. They can also appear on time and on exit.

Payment Integration

The two most popular payment gateways, Stripe and Paypal, can be used with both Clickfunnels and LeadPages, however PayPal does not integrate with either.

What this means is that when used, PayPal does not fully become part of Clickfunnels or LeadPages, so when payments are made, Clickfunnels or LeadPages’ automated features do not activate.

For example, when integrated with Stripe and a payment is made by a user, Clickfunnels or LeadPages would redirect to a thank you page within the funnel and if set up, will store the buyer’s details in their database.

When PayPal is used however, this does not happen. Whilst there are work-arounds, it is something you must be conscious of, if you want to use any buyer data from the platforms.

Clickfunnels goes a step further and integrates with and allows access to other payment options. Sadly LeadPages only stops at Stripe and PayPal.

Finally if you wish to use payment gateways with LeadPages, you must upgrade to a Pro or Advanced account which is $79/month when paid monthly ($48/month when paid annually) for the Pro and $321/month when paid monthly ($199/month when paid annually) for the Advanced.

Tracking Codes

One of the most important elements of your funnel, especially when you are using paid advertising, is tracking.

If you are using paid ad campaigns like Facebook ads, Google Adwords or any other platform, you are able to add your tracking codes or pixels to both Clickfunnels and LeadPages.

It is very easy to add, all you do is copy and paste the code into a section provided by the platforms.

A/B Testing

Both Clickfunnels and LeadPages allow you to perform split tests on your landing pages and funnels.

When setting up the split tests, they are both easy to implement for either of the platforms.

All you do is create your control, which is the first variation of your page. Then create a variation which is a variation of your control page.

Both Clickfunnels and LeadPages will take note of the conversions that you are testing and let you know which one is performing better.

You can then mark whichever page has the better conversions as the winner of the split test.

This is great if you want to see what type of factors affect your visitors and helps you improve the overall performance of your campaign.

Marketing Tools Integrations

Clickfunnels and LeadPages integrates with many other marketing tools to make your marketing efforts seamless.

If the marketing tool that you are looking for is not on the lists, then you can safely assume that it does not integrate but you can use the Zapier tool to help you connect one tool to the other.

Zapier is a web-based service that allows you to perform integrations with many different applications.   

Campaign Analytics

One thing I like about Clickfunnels and LeadPages is that it provides reporting on the performance of your campaign.

So you can see how a funnel or landing page that you created is performing and helps you make important decisions for your campaign.

Depending on how many pages there are in your funnel, Clickfunnels provides analytics for every page of the funnel.

The difference with LeadPages however is that several pages can make up a funnel which needs to be pieced together.

In that regard you must piece together your analytics for each page – so you do not get one global oversight like Clickfunnels provides.

This makes it a little more difficult to judge the overall performance of your funnel if several pages make up your funnel with LeadPages.

Here is what that looks like.

WordPress Plugin

If you have a WordPress website or blog you can integrate both Clickfunnels and LeadPages with their respective plugins.

This will allow you to use either Clickfunnels or LeadPages funnels or pages directly on your website or blog so that it looks as though the funnel or page is part of your website or blog.

This is just another way of directing visitors from your website or blog to your funnel or landing page but instead of going to a Clickfunnel or LeadPages domain, the users remain at your website or blog’s domain but still see your funnel or landing page.

That’s a pretty cool feature.

Lead Notifications

LeadPages notifies you when you have generated a lead through one of your landing pages.

This is a great feature if you have many lead pages and you want to keep track of which one is helping you acquire leads.

It is not a major feature in my opinion as I am not too concerned about lead notifications but for those who want to know, you can receive these notifications directly to your email inbox.

Clickfunnels does not have this feature.

As I mentioned it is not a significant feature to have as you will have many emails notifying you of leads when you can simply log into the platform to check how the lead page is doing.

Dedicated Support

Clickfunnels and LeadPages both have support available but one is definitely a winner out of the two.

LeadPages offers phone, live chat and email ticket support. They also have a library of support documents in case you need any help and want to do it yourself.

Phone support is however only available with LeadPages Advanced package.

Clickfunnels only offers email ticket support. So if you have an urgent matter, then you’re pretty much screwed. You will need to submit your ticket and then wait for their support team to respond.

Usually responses can take a few hours and up to a day.

Email Autoresponder Integration

One important function of the funnel and lead page is the ability to capture leads and place them directly in your chosen email autoresponder.

Don’t yet have an email autoresponder? Here’s one that I reviewed that I currently use and recommend. 

Clickfunnels and LeadPages integrate with many email autoresponders and allows you to connect to them easily.

Here are all Clickfunnels’ email integrations.

Here are all LeadPages’ email integrations.

Once again, if you do not see your email service provider on the list, you can always use Zapier to integrate, provided Zapier allows the connection.

Sub Accounts

If you have a team working with you, you can assign them manager accounts where they have their own sub account and can work on projects for you.

This helps so you won’t have to give the worker, access to your username and password since doing so makes it very risky for you as the account holder since they can access your account settings and do anything with it.

LeadPages offers sub accounts only with their Advanced plan. That means you have to shell out a whopping $321/month or $199/month billed annually for this benefit. With their Advanced plan you get 5 sub accounts.

I noticed that Clickfunnels does have the feature but it appears non-functional.

Even when I searched for literature on the topic there was none.

I will assume that maybe it is a feature they intend to install in the future but not right now.

SEO Friendly Pages

Clickfunnels and LeadPages allow you to optimise your landing pages and funnels for SEO (search engine optimisation).

Although they both allow you to implement some on-page SEO I wouldn’t solely rely on this feature to help your landing pages or funnels show up in the search engines.

There are other things that you can do such as:

• Having your own domain and URL and including a keyword in that domain/URL.
• Use keywords in your funnel or landing page that you’d like to rank for
• Build a content map to help your funnel and landing pages align to the visitors needs and desires. Don’t just create a funnel for the sake of. Keep your visitor’s desires in mind.

Web Hosting

The great thing about both Clickfunnels and LeadPages is that they provide their own web hosting.

So when you purchase a package with either platform, you do not have to look for separate hosting.

Both Clickfunnels and LeadPages host your funnels and landing pages on their servers. The only thing though is that when you host your funnels and landing pages with them, you must take on their domain.

For example, if you build a funnel with Clickfunnels, then your domain will be www.yourdomain.clickfunnels.com. If you build a landing page with LeadPages, your domain will be www.yourdomain.lpages.co.

This can look ugly if you are promoting your funnel or landing page and you may prefer to have your page align with your brand.

For that reason you can always use their domain assignment feature so you can replace their domains with your own.

Looking for cheap domains? Try Namecheap, Godaddy or Bluehost.

Domain Assignment

Clickfunnels and LeadPages both help you assign a custom domain to your funnels and landing pages making it more personal and branded to you.

I would strongly recommend that when starting on either Clickfunnels or LeadPages that you purchase a custom domain and connect it to Clickfunnels or LeadPages.

That way it is easier for your audience to find your funnels and landing pages and helps you create an identity for you, instead of one affiliated with the Clickfunnels or LeadPages domains.

Whilst you can purchase a separate domain from places like Godaddy, Namecheap or Bluehost, Clickfunnels allows you to claim a domain for free directly from their company for first time users.

If you have already claimed the domain then you can buy it at the retail price of $20 annually.

Customised HTML

What if you have an application, form, display banner or miscellaneous item that you want to install on your website using HTML?

Well both Clickfunnels and LeadPages have HTML elements that you can add to your funnel and landing pages to easily add these items to your pages.

For example, on a landing page that I designed with LeadPages to promote an affiliate product, I was easily able to add this gif banner to my page through their HTML feature.

So instead of adding an image and linking the image to your affiliate product, you can select the html code for the banner that your affiliate manager will provide to you and embed it on your page.

You can find the HTML widget in your LeadPages widget area.

The same for Clickfunnels. You can add the HTML element to your pages from your Clickfunnels editor.

Digital Asset Delivery

If you do not have an email autoresponder which you can use for delivery of digital products, or you have no place to host your documents, LeadPages and Clickfunnels digital assets delivery feature, allow you to store your documents on their platform and enable delivery when a user takes a specific action.

For example if you have a lead magnet that you want delivered to a lead when they opt in to a funnel, you must first add your digital asset to Clickfunnels from the digital asset menu.

Then you must set up outgoing emails so that Clickfunnels can send the email on your behalf.

Finally you must add the digital asset to the page where the opt in is being performed. This will be your opt in page.

LeadPages makes this process a lot easier for us.

To add your digital asset to LeadPages and have it delivered to your lead you only need to add the digital asset to the opt in page settings and LeadPages takes care of the rest.

There is no need to upload the digital asset and then select it on different pages. There is also no need to setup email SMTP settings for outgoing emails.

Adding a digital asset in LeadPages is a one-step process therefore eliminating the time and confusion that you get with Clickfunnels.

One Click Upsells

If you sell your own products or have an ecommerce store, the one click upsell feature is a great tool to help you increase the average order value of each order placed in your funnel and increase conversions.

Whilst I have never used LeadPages one click upsell feature (so I cannot say how easy or difficult the process is), they do have instructions on how to integrate this feature into a funnel you are managing.

The instructions look pretty simple, but when I read through them I do not like the technicality of the instruction.

It may be simple if you follow along slowly and take your time. If you do struggle to implement an upsell into your LeadPages funnel you can always fall back on the LeadPages support team for help.

Clickfunnels is a very simple process. You only need to drag and drop an upsell page into your funnel, design your page, add your product and that’s it.

You do not need to worry about any configuration.

Clickfunnels does all the hard work for you, so everything works smoothly.

Membership Areas

One special feature that Clickfunnels has, which is not integrated with LeadPages are membership sites.

A membership site allows you to house digital products such as a video library, ebooks or courses where free or paid members can get access via a username and password.

At one point LeadPages did offer a Wishlist membership site to Annual Pro members back in 2014 but it looks like this has been discontinued.

In any event, even if you no longer have access to this product with LeadPages you can always connect a LeadPages sales page to Wishlist separately if you want to.

Wishlist is a WordPress plugin so you must have a WordPress site to use this product.

Clickfunnels though has membership site features integrated into it so if you think you may want to create a membership site where your paying customers can get access to your products then you may want to consider Clickfunnels over LeadPages.

Affiliate Center

Clickfunnels helps you to offer affiliate commissions to affiliates for a product that you are selling.

Their affiliate center is great if you believe you have a great product, but need to get the word out about it.

By setting up an affiliate center, you can have people sign up and so be able to control their access to your product as an affiliate to promote it on your behalf.

The affiliate center is only available with Clickfunnels Etison suite however, so be prepared to spend at least $297/month for this feature.

Who Is Clickfunnels vs LeadPages For?

So now that you know the main features of Clickfunnels and LeadPages, this all probably does not make sense to you, if you do not really know how each product can help you in your business.

That’s what the next section is for. Simply follow your business model and read my unbiased view as to whether Clickfunnels or LeadPages can help you.

Does Clickfunnels or LeadPages work for affiliate marketing?

As an affiliate myself, I know how important sales funnels are for building email lists and guiding traffic to your affiliate product.

Even if you do not want to build an email list and you want to promote your affiliate product with advertorial type blog posts then you can use either Clickfunnels or LeadPages for this.

Because the affiliate funnel would be a simple two step funnel then you do not need any complicated software.

Both Clickfunnels and LeadPages are perfect for this. It will be up to you to decide how much you want to spend on your marketing tool to achieve this.

Does Clickfunnels or LeadPages work for bloggers? 

Can Clickfunnels or LeadPages replace a blogger’s website? Yes it can, but it is not feasible and I certainly do not recommend the software for traditional blogging.

If however you want to create a one off blog post, like I did in my one blog post strategy for promoting a product, then the software is a good one.  

A blog comes with so many moving parts. You need navigation menus, the ability to post as many blog posts as you can, the ability to embed contact forms, etc; you really and truly need a conventional website.

This is why I would recommend that you use a content management site like WordPress.

If you are ready to build your blog then you can head on over to my step-by-step guide where I teach you how to build your blog using WordPress and Bluehost as your webhost.

If you already have a website or blog and you really want to use Clickfunnels or LeadPages then they can be used as a lead generation tool.

For example, you may wish to generate leads for the provision of content upgrades.

Clickfunnels and LeadPages allow you to embed code into your website where contact forms can be installed on your blog to generate leads.

In this regard Clickfunnels and LeadPages are beneficial to bloggers.

With both Clickfunnels and LeadPages you cannot add an inline contact form to your website but you can add a link or button which pops open to a contact form. Here is an example of what LeadPages looks like on my blog.

Bottom line?

Don’t use Clickfunnels or LeadPages for your blog but use them for your lead generation tools.

Does Clickfunnels or LeadPages work to sell physical or digital products? 

I would give this question a resounding yes. Clickfunnels and LeadPages are perfect if you want to sell a physical or digital product.

Because of price point, I use LeadPages for all my digital products – it is cost effective and achieves everything that I need, to create a great sales funnel to sell my products.

It can design great opt in pages, sales pages and has easy to implement payment and email integrations.

Although I do not use upsells in my LeadPages funnels, I cannot comment on the difference between LeadPages and Clickfunnels, but if you are looking to increase the average order value of each purchase with upsells, then you may wish to consider whether Clickfunnels or LeadPages will give you better value.

Bottom line?

Yes both Clickfunnels and LeadPages are perfect for your own products.

Does Clickfunnels or LeadPages work for ecommerce? 

Typically people use ecom-dedicated platforms like Woocommerce or Shopify to sell their ecom products.

Ecom funnels are however becoming very popular especially since it can help you drive massive sales to your business by focusing on a few core products from your ecom store.

This ensures that the customer only sees the specific products that you want them to see and that they are not given an overwhelming number of options.

In my opinion, the best platform for the ecom funnel is Clickfunnels. This is because they have specific well-thought out templates designed for ecom and makes the set-up process easy.

Although LeadPages do have ecom templates they are not as sophisticated as Clickfunnels.

You can use LeadPages for a simple product sale but if you want to include multiple products and have one time offers, upsells or downsells then I would strongly recommend Clickfunnels.

Like affiliate marketing, where you do not own the product and you are promoting it, you can use Clickfunnels or LeadPages.

A two step funnel is ideal for promoting network marketing products, although some funnels can be simple – such as a lead opt in and thank you page; to more complicated – such as a lead opt in page and onboarding page.

To help you decide which platform to use you may want to consider ease of building the type of funnel and price point.

LeadPages can work very well for network marketing funnels and so you really do not need the sophisticated elements of Clickfunnels.

Bottom line?

I would recommend a simple platform like LeadPages for this type of funnel. It is up to you to decide which platform you eventually decide to use.

I want to focus on the good ones and point you in the right direction from jump, but I’ll also tell you which traffic sources you should avoid like the plague. 

If you are an affiliate marketer like myself, then you should already know that to make money with affiliate marketing you need traffic and a lot of it.

If you are promoting an affiliate product but don’t yet have a strategy to follow then I recommend that you read the following resources to guide you:

If you landed on this page with not a clue of what affiliate marketing is, then here’s a quick tutorial.

Affiliate marketing is basically recommending a third party’s product or service to potential buyers, promoting the purchase of the product or service and in return receiving a commission as the referrer of that buyer.

The process involves four main parties – the affiliate, the affiliate network, the advertiser, and the buyer.

The affiliate is in charge of the basic running and maintenance of a website. He/she is the one who receives the commission once a purchase of the affiliate product is made.

The advertiser pays to post advertisements on the affiliate website. In this way, the advertiser can be the owner of the affiliate product.

The affiliate network hosts the affiliate product and the buyer makes a purchase through a link on the affiliate website generating a commission for the affiliate.

I hope that does not confuse you, but as a beginner, I would strongly recommend that you read this post for a more in depth understanding of affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is an ideal way of promoting a business owner’s product or service because it allows them to gain access to a targeted audience without doing all the hard work.

The affiliate is the one who has to think about the traffic source to promote the product on and find creative ways of advertising the product or service. It therefore becomes cost efficient to the business owner since he/she only pays the affiliate after someone has visited their website and converted into a sale or lead.

Crash course in affiliate marketing over . Let’s move on to the traffic sources that I would highly recommend you use, to promote your affiliate products.

Paid Traffic Sources for Affiliates

There is a long way to generate affiliate sales and conversions and then there is a short way.

Although the short (and fastest) way to generate affiliate conversions is through paid traffic sources, I strongly recommend that you start implementing sustainable affiliate marketing strategies with long term objectives in mind.

Such strategies include starting an affiliate blog or website or building an email list which are two fundamental assets in any online business.

When you start an affiliate blog or website, your focus will be on optimising that blog for the search engines which can take time. This however can help you leverage free and organic traffic which means that you have the potential to earn money from affiliate sales, without exhausting any advertising dollars. 

If however, you prefer to skip the SEO optimisation phase, you can buy traffic from an outside source or traffic network to increase the number of visitors to your website.

As an advertiser, a traffic network can help you market your content on numerous target sites at the same time. The following list of paid traffic networks will help you get started.

Google/Bing Pay-Per-Click (PPC)

Google and Bing are among the top search engines, used by the online audience. Whenever someone is searching for a product, service or general information about a topic, they usually go to Google or Bing as their starting point.

As an affiliate you can tap into the power of these search engines by purchasing leading placements that will give you access to immediate targeted traffic.

For example, if you are promoting a singing course as an affiliate, you can use Google or Bing PPC to target people who are searching for keywords that are relevant to acquiring knowledge through a singing course.

Therefore when you place an advertisement on Google or Bing, and you pay (bid) for your keyword ‘best singing course’, your ad may show up as the top search result on either search engine for someone who is searching for “best singing course”.

When the user clicks on your ad and provided you have set up your campaign correctly, the user will be redirected to the affiliate product’s website. If a purchase is made, you will earn the commission.

When using PPC campaigns, there are a number of factors that you must consider as the affiliate.

• Whether your ad is visible to your target audience is dependent on how much you are willing to pay for your keyword to win the advertiser’s auction. Google and Bing use bids to determine how high your ads appear in the search results, so if your keyword bid is lower amongst other bidders, your ad will not achieve a favourable position in the search results.
• When you use PPC campaigns you only pay if someone clicks on your ad. Therefore pay attention to the ad copy you use in your ad. Make sure that it is relevant to the product or offer to avoid generating wasted clicks that do not lead to purchases. A great hack to qualify a click is to include the price of the product in the ad. This qualifies the user because it means that they have already considered the price before the click and so have a higher intent to purchase the product at the stated price. Below is an example of an affiliate’s ad where he places the price in the ad.

• To ensure that your ad is relevant to your affiliate product and to help you put your ad in front of people who are ready to buy, use buyer-intent keywords. Buyer-intent keywords are keywords that show that the user has a higher probability of buying the product because they are specifically searching for the exact product. For example buyer-intent keywords are “Canon MG3022 Printer” or “JBL Flip 4 Portable Bluetooth Speaker”. Therefore to improve your click-through rates, include as many buyer-intent keywords in your campaigns.

Before you set up your Google or Bing PPC campaign, conduct some market research to identify how other affiliates are designing their landing pages, the type of ad copy they’re using in their ads, the potential keywords that they are including in their campaigns to display their ads.

An important point to remember is that Google and Bing will charge you less and reward you if you come up with smart targeted advertising. Don’t waste time trying to figure it out on your own. Do your research properly to see how the best performing ads are crafted and do not be afraid to model after them.

Facebook/Instagram Ads

Since Facebook and Instagram are two of the most popular social networks, using the ad platform can lead to increased traffic due to more website clicks, conversions, mobile application installations, and video views.

To get these type of results however, you must know how to use the advertising platform properly. Check out my post for more tips and strategies on how I was able to use this traffic source to generate over $10k in affiliate commissions.  

Facebook and Instagram Ads are complimentary products. Even if you don’t have an Instagram account, you can still create an Instagram Ad using your Facebook account – the option is available in the settings.

Furthermore, the platforms allow you to minimise your marketing costs by targeting your ads to the right people.

For example, if you are promoting a popular Woodworking affiliate product from Clickbank using Facebook and Instagram ads, you can target your ads to people who love woodworking, DIY, carpentry.

The targeting options are so defined that any peculiar niche that you’d like to promote a product in, you can find it. 

Keep in mind that Facebook and Instagram are social network sites where people go to hang out and socialise. As an affiliate it is important to understand how to interrupt your audience so that they pay attention to your ad.

As a result, Facebook and Instagram Ads will ensure that your ads reach only those people who are likely to be interested in what you have to offer and take the action that you desire.

They also allow businesses to reach the targeted traffic through innovative methods such as placing the ad in the news feed or on Instagram stories. The advantage of using this strategy is that the ads don’t look like they are out of place. Users are therefore likely to be more receptive and click on the link to your site.

Before I move on, here are a few tips to accelerate your conversions with Facebook and Instagram ads:

• You probably have heard of the $5/day method. This method only works well, when you create multiple adsets at $5/day. It is very important that when using the Facebook/Instagram ad platform that you split test different interests, ad copy, ad creatives and you can only do that with more than one adset. So do not be fooled by marketers who tell you, you only need “$5 per day” for Facebook/Instagram ads. After spending thousands of dollars on the platform I can tell you that this is not true. What they forget to mention is that you should set up multiple adsets, each at $5/day and test the adsets against each other to see which one performs better.
  
• Think outside the box. Sometimes you may target a specific audience, such as women interested in weight loss and drive the traffic to a weight loss product. When running ads I have learnt that sometimes a niche audience may not work and you may have to look outside of that niche audience to find your target audience. For example, instead of targeting weight loss interests, try targeting interests that women in general have an interest in.
  
• Don’t let your opinion influence your decision. Let the data do the talking. It would be helpful if you understood how to analyse your Facebook/Instagram ads so you can optimise them for better conversions. If you do not yet know how to do this then I recommend taking the Social Traffic Blueprint course which teaches you how to leverage this powerful platform to create revenue in your business.
  
  Don’t be discouraged by the price of the course guys! I took that course and immediately implemented the instructions and within a few months I was able to see a 10x return on my investment.

YouTube Ads

Video marketing ads perform better than other forms of marketing, because they generate more emotional cues and help to engage your audience better. Therefore, consider including video as part of your affiliate marketing strategy to generate an increase of traffic to your affiliate campaign.

As the most popular video sharing platform in the internet marketing space, YouTube offers the best marketing option for your business.

YouTube Ads gives you the opportunity to market your business through video searches or viewership. It doesn’t matter whether the person was looking for your video, if you put your item on YouTube ads, it automatically appears before the viewer’s selected video plays. Interestingly, you only pay for the advert after the person shows genuine interest in your video by clicking it.

When creating a YouTube video, remember that it’s about the quality of the visitors and not the number. Traffic advertising works best when you attract those people that are interested in your product and what your business does.

You can include a call-to-action in the video as a way to drive traffic to your site – always tell the viewer what you do and why they need your services. You can also add a sentence or two in the description box to tell the audience more about you. Don’t forget to include your website’s URL so that interested viewers can immediately visit your website after watching the video.

Solo Ads

Do marketers still use solo ads? Actually yes they do . So no, solo ads are not dead.

The great thing about solo ads is that it gives you the opportunity to immediately tap into a warm target market using email.

Solo ads are email-based promotions that you purchase from other email list owners. Once you buy it, you can send dedicated messages about your products and services as emails to your target market.

Solo ads networks like Udimi or MLM Leads may not be available for every niche but there are ways that you can connect with list owners to see if they would give you the opportunity of sending an email offer to their audience.

Here are the steps you can take to find a list owner and send a solo ad. Now whilst this is a long process and may result in very little feedback, those who follow the steps consistently and are willing to dig through the dirt can end up finding the gems.

• Step one. Find an email list owner. These persons are usually blog or website owners who have a lead opt in form for capturing emails for persons who are interested in receiving their content. Before you contact the owner, check to see that content is frequently updated just in case the blog is an abandoned blog. Obviously, choose a blog or website that is closely related to your area of specialisation since the email list subscribers are more likely to understand what you are selling and hopefully buy it.

To find niche blogs use this hack – from Google type “url:blog “keyword”” where “keyword” represents the niche that you want Google to search for.

What this does is ask Google to return all blogs that have the keyword in it. So if I want to find travel blogs to start making a list of blog owners then I would type “url:blog “travel”” and my results would look something like this.

• Step two. Create a list of all the blog owners that you want to connect with. List their email address to contact them or find the way that they prefer to be contacted. Usually the blog will have a Contact Me link. Then call or email the owner of that list to ask for permission to email their subscribers. If you do not get a response, move on to the next. If you do get a response, then great.
  
• Step three. Since solo ad lists are for sale, remember to agree on a purchase method – you can either buy according to the number of people that will receive the email or pay depending on the number of clicks the advertisement receives. In some cases the list owner may already have a price list for email submissions which makes it easier for you to decide whether it is within your budget or not.
  
• Step four. After agreeing on the price and payment method, design an email that describes what your business does in a way that appeals to the receiver of the message. Don’t forget to include a link to your affiliate website. Make sure that you instruct the list owner to send the email as constructed to their list. In some cases, some list owners prefer to write the email so that the tone of the message is similar to what their list is accustomed to. It is a good idea to request to see the email before it is sent.
  
• Step five. I would recommend that before the email is sent that you insert a tracking link to track the performance of the email list. That way if there is any disagreement as to whether the list is engaged, you can always show proof using the tracking software. For tracking I recommend Clickmagick.

Solo ad providers create their lists by offering free gifts to those people that are interested in exchanging it for their emails.

You can find a reliable solo ad provider by searching the internet or joining an online solo ad community. My favourite solo ad providers are Udimi and MLM Leads. Both offer solo ad services from various vendors all under one roof.

Native Ads

Native ads mimic and resemble the advertising platform that they are on. They feel and operate like the host media platform.

A good example of native advertising is news feeds on social media sites. Others include search and promoted listings that appear on top of your search items and content recommendations, which appear at the end of articles – they start with words like “recommended for you”, “suggested post” or “sponsored content”.

Native ads are created by various meta data elements, for example, a thumbnail image, URL content, headlines, and many more. Therefore, ensure that you create quality content if you want your native ad to be ranked first.

It is strongly recommended that before you pay the publisher to host the ad, do your homework on the specific publisher. You want a publisher with high reader statistics and one that focuses on your target market.

Another thing that you should concentrate on is your relationship with the publisher. Establish a good connection with your publisher so that they can tell you when the content is not working, and how you can improve it.

The response rate for native ads is high because people are more likely to open them since they resemble the content on the website that they are visiting. Many of them are well aware that the content is a native advertisement, but they are not bothered because they feel that it is less intrusive. Others click on it because they see it as part of the editorial content.

Bonus: Snap Chat Ads

Although I have not used this platform before for advertising, I am seeing a lot of noise in the marketplace about the effectiveness of this new advertising space.

Especially for low cost ads, an advertising network like Snapchat can be a winner for you, because not many people have directed their attention to it and it is an untapped traffic source.

In today’s marketing arena, most people focus their attention on Facebook and Instagram because of its super powerful ability to drive massive conversions for marketers. If you find that you are not making a dent with Facebook or Instagram Ads or you’ve exhausted it and want to see what else is out there for you, then have a look at SnapChat ads or Snap Ads as they are referred to, and see how it can help your marketing.

According to Adage, Snap Ads have gone from ungodly to very cheap. It says that compared to Facebook and Instagram, Snap Ads had the lowest ad prices, from $2.95 per thousand impressions whereas Facebook cost $5.12 and Instagram cost $4.20.

At the end of the day, to see whether Snap Ads are worth your investment, test the platform with a low budget and compare it to your marketing efforts used on other platforms.

Snap Ads are worth mentioning because a lot of your audience can be found on SnapChat especially if you are promoting an affiliate offer that is targeted to millennials.

Conclusion

Affiliate marketing and paid traffic compliment each other.

I seriously would not recommend using free traffic methods if you want to see quick success with affiliate marketing.

Free traffic methods like revenue-sharing traffic sites, Facebook groups and even forum commenting can take up much of your time and produce very little results.

If you have decided to fit paid traffic into your affiliate marketing arsenal, then using one of the above traffic sources would be immensely useful to you but only if you know how to use it properly.

Therefore take the time to invest in some valuable courses before spending your money.
