Bear in mind that about 55% of the world’s population has Internet access, making it simple to gain access to them.

It is expected.

Bear in mind that if the opportunity is new in their country, they may be anxious about getting started. Maybe their culture is averse to opportunities like network marketing and it’s a tough market to break into. A good way to do this is to create specific content for specific countries.

Instead of creating one generic blog post about “How To Start A Health And Wellness Business”, make sure the blog post is relevant to the country you are targeting. So that blog post would look something like “How To Start A Health And Wellness Business in the Netherlands”, for example.

Webinar tools that you can use include Clickfunnels or LeadPages for building the webinar funnel.

To host the webinar you can use tools like WebinarJam, GoToWebinar or Zoom. YouTube Live and Google Hangout also allow you to provide live video tutorials.

Skype/Zoom

Worried about your telephone bill skyrocketing?

Well, Voice Over IP (VOIP) applications like Skype or Zoom allow you to connect and talk to potential partners in destination countries. Maybe you want to host a three-way conference call with your upline and prospect.

These applications give you a free opportunity to do so. It’s such a breeze.

Social Media Groups

This is another way you can target potential partners in other countries. Free options include Facebook groups or Pinterest marketing/boards.

Facebook groups are one of the best features since they are part of the world’s largest social network. There are over one billion users worldwide connecting you with any and everyone who is on this platform.

You can take several steps like strengthening your team, building your community, promoting watch parties, and even having team training from Facebook groups.

When building your global network marketing business make sure you don’t target “everyone.” Not everyone is going to a good fit for your business.

Targeting “everyone” is a waste of resources because they may not meet the prerequisite that you have outlined for who is a good network marketer.

That’s why when you are creating your client avatar and you are setting up your targeting systems, it is important that you focus on those people who already have a business mindset and are interested in business concepts such as leadership and marketing.

The type of people you want on your team are those who are action takers and do not need direction from you.

They already know that it will take hard work to be successful and they have that energy and drive without waiting for you to tell them what to do.

How exactly do you find these people?

The good thing about using online ad platforms like Google Adwords or Facebook is that you can be really specific about the type of person you want to target.

For example, when doing interest targeting with Facebook ad campaigns, you can select people who already know about and have an interest in network marketing, online marketing, business, leadership etc.

Another thing that you can consider is selecting the right market to target.

Make sure to research the country where you want to expand your global network marketing business.

Here are some issues to pay attention to:

  • Infrastructure – do they have a good economic infrastructure that will make it easy for your network marketing team to grow their business.
  • Existing market – do they have an existing target market and is there a demand for the product, that will make it easy for your network marketing team to find business.
  • Available products – will your global network marketing team have access to all the products or do they need to wait for overseas shipping. This then causes a delay in the product reaching the prospect.
  • Company websites – will your network marketing team have access to the company website so that orders can be easily processed. Is the website in the local currency? This can be troublesome for locals who are worried about transaction fees and currency conversion fees.
  • Price points – Are price points in the local currency. Again this can be troublesome for locals who may be concerned about transacting in a different currency.

This might seem like a lot of research, but it’s definitely worthwhile in terms of understanding the existing market for your particular product/business opportunity.

This will help to maximise the results from your efforts. After learning about the current market in the destination country, it will be easier to create ad campaigns that are served to the people who are most likely to purchase your product or join your team.

After conducting this research, this will give you the final decision whether you can pursue global network marketing in that particular country.

Create Your Global Network Marketing Sales Funnel For Easy Recruitment

You are ready to build a global network marketing business and you are excited at the possibility of expanding your reach and creating a worldwide network.

How and where do you start?

If you already recruit on the internet you can actually use the same system to build your existing network marketing business into a global one. But in case you have forgotten, here is a strategy for recruiting and building a global downline.

Identify your target market

This includes demographics and geographics. It’s important to note this process doesn’t mean you’re ignoring potential customers who aren’t in the target market.

However, it means you’ll focus your marketing message on a market that’s most likely to buy your product or join your team. This is more effective than marketing to “everyone” in a country.

Research your target market

Before you create a strategy and training material around your target market, make sure that you do proper research taking into account the points I mentioned above such as ease of doing business, culture, time zone, language barriers, competitors, etc.

The key to doing research, in the beginning, is to save your time, in the event the target market is not a potentially lucrative market.  

Make an irresistible offer via content creation

It’s important to focus on what constitutes an offer. The goal here is once you have decided on the market you want to target, it is time to put your offer in front of them with the aim of generating prospects who you can speak to.

Make sure you’re offering quality content to your target market. You should also market to your target audience at the right time; so take into account their time zones and any public holidays that are in observance.

As you begin to generate leads, begin to build the relationship through nurturing through various content marketing strategies.

A great way is to build a community of prospects is through Facebook groups where you can connect to your audience and deliver valuable content to help educate them, inspire them and encourage them to take action.

Don’t forget that even though your focus should be on providing value, you should be confident enough to ask for the sale – whether that is as a customer or as a new team member.

Here are some effective closing techniques to help you improve your closing rates. They include:

  • Summary – after elaborating on the benefits and features that your business can offer, make sure to close by summarising and recapping to remind the prospect about what you spoke to them about.
  • Now or Never – using urgency tactics is a great way to add a sense of urgency and make a prospect want to move forward with the next step.
  • Questions – give your prospect the chance to ask any questions so you can address any reservations or objections they may have. When questions are answered it makes the prospect more likely to take the leap.

These are oldie-but-goodie closing techniques that use psychology to help land the deal.

Onboarding training

The nurturing does not stop after you have secured the customer or team member. It’s actually just starting if you want to be successful in growing a sustainable global network marketing business.

Actually getting a team member to join you is half of the battle. You now need to train them so they can duplicate your process and build their own team.

If you neglect them and don’t give them the training they need, then they are likely to quit which is not helpful to you and your objective.

So provide onboarding training through written content or video material like webinars.

    Hey Redis, interesting question. It is difficult to know the type of people you are dealing with on the surface, but when I am targeting a specific audience, I target people who have a business mindset and are interested in entrepreneurship. You can find these people in specific groups related to entrepreneurship on Facebook or Linkedin; you can find these people in group boards related to entrepreneurship if you are using Pinterest. Think about ways you can be creative to find your ideal audience by focusing on their interests. Hope that helps Redis.
